Negative experience: I’m very disappointed with the cake delivered. It was not fresh and seemed to be taken straight from the fridge. The icing tasted old and the texture of the cake was not good. Considering the cake was quite expensive, the quality was unacceptable. I expected a freshly prepared cake for the price paid. I hope the bakery can address this issue and improve their quality.

Negative experience: Giving Fake Discount!! They always sending me discount code in WhatsApp, so i decided to use the code this time, i purchased cake, total of 162 aed, after entering the discount code it became 148 aed, when i proceed to payment through Apple Pay, i got a message from my bank that FNP deducted 162 aed. So where's the discount? Non! Fake! By the way I’m their customer since 2021,
