The icing tasted old and the texture of the cake was not good. Considering the cake was quite expensive, the quality was unacceptable. I expected a freshly prepared cake for the price paid. 3 months ago Negative experience: Horrible experience. The delivery guy leaves the flowers on the ground floor next to the service lift because he couldnt bother delivering them to the house. After we complained to him on the phone he kept them with the security. The roses looked nothing like the picture and half we’re almost dead. I tried complaining on whatsapp, they replied at 2:30 am asking if the case has been resolved then at 4:00 am sent me that the case is closed because i didnt reply. They expect a reply at 2:30 am. Completely lost and disorganized. Dont waste your time with them.

3 months ago Negative experience: My family have been using this company for years however, after this I will not be using them again and will urge my family to use a beater company. We ordered a cake to be delivered on 7 Feb between 7pm-11pm as we had a birthday on the 8th. We did not recieved the cake on the 7th. We were told to contact a customer service number in India who apparently deal with their app purchases and do the invoices. They told us we chose the 8th, despite us showing evidence in the invoice email and the delivery date still provided in the app. We called the UAE number to ask if they can help and they said no, they have no information on .com orders and we purely have this Indian based company to work with. We told them they would not help us and FNP said there is nothing they can do. If you cannot manage your customers purchases or help them in escalating an issue maybe start managing this locally. So disappointing and I hope they fix this issue.

3 months ago Negative experience: Hi, I placed an order yesterday with Ferns & Petals through Talabat for a bouquet. Unfortunately, I received an extremely poor-quality bouquet with wilted flowers. I immediately raised a complaint with Talabat and requested a refund. Talabat informed me that the shop would contact me directly, but I never received any follow-up call. My husband and I have been loyal Ferns & Petals customers for several years and have recommended your services to many friends. This experience was deeply disappointing and completely ruined my husband’s birthday surprise. Due to the lack of response, poor service, and unacceptable product quality, we will no longer be ordering from Ferns & Petals nor recommending your brand to others.

4 months ago Negative experience: Paid 700 AED for a flower arrangement from FnP. Order received on a Wednesday and within 48 hours, the hydrangeas had almost completely wilted and the roses deteriorated badly, despite being kept in a cool indoor room, with clean water and no air conditioning in use. I have time-stamped photos documenting this attached. FnP stated to me via email they offer no guarantee of quality or longevity as long as flowers appear okay at delivery. In my experience, this is clearly not acceptable for a premium order, fresh roses and hydrangeas should last a minimum of 5 days to over a week. For comparison, a similar order of roses received on the same day from another florist is still in great condition after 6 days (see attached photo). It’s concerning after reading other Google reviews describing the same issue, flowers looking fine on arrival but failing within one or two days. This appears to be a recurring quality or handling problem. Customer service refused any refund or compensation, relying solely on appearance at delivery and their policy. I am surprised the company would rather lose a customer, and future recommendations, than offer even a partial refund as an apology for flowers that lasted only 48 hours. Very disappointing experience, I cannot recommend FnP for premium flowers.

4 months ago Negative experience: Worst shop to order gifts from. I ordered this item and what I received was completely different from what was shown in the picture. The balloon was deflated, the ribbon was damaged, and this is clearly visible in their own delivery photo. I contacted them regarding the issue, and their response was simply an apology and an offer of an 18% discount on my next order. This is unacceptable. When it comes to gifts, quality and presentation are everything—it’s not groceries where a discount on a future order is a solution. There should be proper quality control before delivery. This experience shows a complete lack of professionalism and results in zero trust. I would not recommend this shop to anyone

4 months ago Negative experience: I usually order from FNP and have been a loyal customer. Today, however, I was disappointed with the delivery service. I only requested that the delivery be made earlier, as the order was scheduled between 2:00 and 7:00 PM, and I asked if it could arrive sooner. I was told several times that it would arrive shortly, but the delivery kept getting delayed and eventually took around three hours from the time I was informed it was on the way. The repeated updates were misleading and caused unnecessary frustration.

My friend ordered for me 2 plants, it’s came not same time, tooks 2 days to bring this plants, when I received both of them are dying , all leaves dry and falls. Why to sell plants that are dying?! 6 months ago Negative experience: I used the FNP app for the first time on November 8, 2025, and it was a very disappointing experience. I ordered a specific type of flower that was shown as available on the app and paid through Tabby, planning to gift it to someone before their travel. After waiting 1–2 hours, I received a call saying the flowers were not available, even though they were listed as in stock. This happened right before the person was leaving, putting me in an embarrassing situation. I asked to speak with a manager to find a better solution, but was told no manager was available in the evening. It’s surprising that a company claiming to be a leading brand in the region has no management support after hours. Poor service, no respect for customer situations, and inaccurate product information. Very disappointing first (and last) experience.

7 months ago Negative experience: One of the worst places ever to request, ihave requested the cake , they brought the cake with wrong name, and then for return and getting the replacement we agreed 8 or b4 8 now the delivery guy is saying bring b4 9 , I mean I have agreed to bring the cake from 1pm to 5 pm , and the due urgency at 8 , but delivery guy is saying 9 ...one of the worst
