Negative experience: حبيت شغلهم احلا بوووايد عن الصور كنت متردده في التعامل معاهم بس من شفت شغلهم في الطبيعه فعلا حبيت الترتيب والتنسيق وسرعه الرد على العميل ومواعديهم جدا مضبوطه في تسليم الورد للمستلم ما بيكون اخر تعامل لي وفي كل مناسباتي بعتمدهم احييهم على شغلهم الاكثر من روعه بس نطالب بخصومات وكوبونات خصم للعملاء الدايمين لاني بتعامل معاكم اكثر عن مره وفي كل مناسبه صدق احلا محل ورد فو راس الخيمه وشغلهم ولا غلطه

Negative experience: ما أنصح أي أحد يتعامل وياهم. دخلت طلبت تنسيق ورد بسيط جدا مع غصن أوركيد واحد فقط وتغليفين. قبل ما أطلب التنسيق كان العامل الفلبيني طالب مني سعر 200 درهم ويوم قتله أبا تنسيق بسيط قال ماله علاقة السعر ما بيتغير أبدا لو شو ما طلبت! نعم أي منطق وتعامل مع الزباين هذا. قمة الوقاحة والاستغفال بكل أمانة. عقب قالي نحن ما خذنا سرفس 30 درهم للشغل ولو إنه ما يستاهل غير عشر دقايق أو ربع ساعة بالكثير. يوم حسب السعر طلع ما يتعدى 120-130 حتى مع رسوم السرفس مالهم وهم مصرين يدفعوني أكثر على ولا شي والعامل الفلبيني يقولي هاي أوامر من راعي المحل. لا تعليق Extremely manipulative with pricing with poor and rude customer service. Theinsisting on charging me more than the actual work cost (almost the double) claiming that this is the owner instructions. Never recommended to anyone, not to mention the lack of arrangements they offer/have. Such a pity.
