The website was very easy to navigate and ordering was easy. I received text messages regarding the progress of my order, a delivery time-frame, & informing that the flowers had been delivered. The flowers are beautiful...lovely roses, gerberas, lisianthus, coloured gyp & tasteful greenery. The delivery person was very polite & chatted with my elderly dad. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Terrible rude manager flowers told in writing delivered 9-5-30 weren’t delivered I msg and in writing replied can be upto 7.00 pm upto 10pm no deliver but we found flowers on porch next morning , I called and msg without response finally got a call back being abused telling me I was lying and florist has photo of delivery I asked if had time was told no and would query with courier. I was then informed courier would not release time due to privacy Not sure what privacy but was surprised of how rude response and would not use again . i was offered refund if I returned by 12 pm next day and I said that’s unreasonable as work and distance then I was told my phone would be blocked and not to contact anymore , No appology or trying to sort out issue only abuse from this manager? I did change address but also paid extra delivery fee which I accept! Manager denied recieving msg or sending me confirmations of time delivery times although I provided copy of screen print of our communication but was still accused of lying??? Flowers did not match photo on web site and also charged extra for card but all we got was blank cardboard with pasted wording print What was delivered was a bunch of flowers placed in a jar and bottle of bubbly ordered as extra was just placed by the jar without any decorations or effort …. would not use again

Positive experience: The pricing was really competitive and the free delivery was a pleasant surprise. There were (a lot) of text messages to update me at every step of the way. Perhaps the only feedback I have is to write the message neatly, not scrawled and to not also write the delivery instructions on the message card. That detracts from the sentiment slightly - like leaving a price tag on a gift. Otherwise Thankyou and I’ll use your service again.

Negative experience: ordered the Deluxe Garden Posie in Vase - picture on left, received the flowers on the right - disppointing. even the 'ribbon' looks like it was taken off a balloon, not a luxurious one like in the sales picture. thank you for your response, however the presentation and quantity of flowers is vastly different to the promotion picture. would suggest that you change the promotional picture to the one you sent me, as this would be a more accurate representation of what will be supplied.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with the arrangement that I bought for my best friends 50th. Flowers did not arrive as pictured, the bunch was so much smaller than expected and did not look like the picture on the website. Advertisement says free delivery yet I was charged $10 for delivery. Then couldn’t be delivered to where I’d selected because ‘it was too hard to park’ then demanded to give an alternative delivery address immediately otherwise the order would be cancelled. Advertised as ‘if you order before 3pm it’s guaranteed same day delivery’. I ordered at about 11:40am and was scolded for the late notice. Delivery arrived at 6:50pm on a Saturday night even though it says by 5:30pm Would not recommend using this company at all

Negative experience: I’ve never experienced such poor customer service from a florist. The lady there was extremely rude and abrupt. I bought flowers from this shop for my baby shower and wanted to order the same ones again for my child’s birthday, just in a smaller quantity but she flatly said “no” without any explanation. The flowers themselves are nice but when the service is this unwelcoming, it completely ruins the experience. I definitely won’t be returning.

I believe the order was to be placed in a vase, actually received in a frosted jar. The colours which were requested were not what I received. So overall not a really good experience. Positive experience: Thankyou for getting these to me after we decided last minute to put something on my dads coffin. You are amazing. Your care and concern was truely appreciated. Update: I don't know if the florest is under new management but I was bitterly disappointed with my last interaction. For them to ring my workplace and bag me out is absolutely abhorrent. What they dont know is that I answered the phone to the call. The person on the other end thought they were speaking to someone else and the way I was spoken to about myself was absolutely disgusting. The birthday girl was contacted on facebook because they couldn't find a second very easy to find address on google maps. The delivery came a day later than promised and not even to the change of address. You would think the massive early learning centre that the delivery was meant to go to on day 1 would be a huge give away for the courier. Then they couldn't get it to the house of the recipient so she had it sent to her parents house which is hard to miss. Some surprise present. From an amazing first experience to a complete mess on the second. At least the flowers were pretty I suppose
