Fantastic experience: Good morning I recently received 2 beautiful bouquets from your shop. The first one I received Feb 26 from my sister in law and brother in law from Legal, Alberta. It didn’t last well; I phoned your shop and was told to bring it in and you’d replace the flowers. Thank you for doing that; such great service ❤️ and a beautiful arrangement. When my husband picked up that new arrangement you had another bouquet for me from my son and daughter in law in Petawawa, Ont. This bouquet basket is the most gorgeous arrangement I’ve ever had. They ended up not receiving what I ordered when their shipments came in but they contacted me immediately and we found a solution. Negative experience: Flowers were lovely but I was very disappointed in the card. They spelt my brothers name wrong. I even gave them the correct spelling. They put Lionel instead of Vinal.

This year when I was getting my orders ready, I received a call from MacArthur's. The call was a courtesy call to say that they were ready to provide any arrangements I needed for the Christmas season. I thought this was a step above in customer service and complemented their team when I placed my order a few days later.

Fantastic experience: I took my mom and kids to McArthurs to check out all the beautiful Christmas decor they have out. My 5 year old daughter picked out an owl ornament she wanted and then accidentally broke it and was very upset. One of the ladies came out to see why she was crying and told her that she could pick another one. The lady was so compassionate with my daughter. I tried to pay for the broken one but they wouldn’t allow me. Also love that when you buy a pot and plant they will pot the new plant for you. Everyone there is really great. We love going to McArthurs. Great place.

Positive experience: The online ordering was great. It was a mid morning order that did get there same day in the afternoon, which we really appreciated. We were ordering from the US. I do feel like either the picture of the premium level over sells the size of a premium arrangement or what was delivered was not at the premium level when we compared photos. Over all the receiver was very happy and we would use this florist again as the quality of what was sent was very good.

They made every effort to ensure the recipient would be home and the flowers weren't delivered for a few days until she was.
