The customer service was even better, they were very helpful, friendly, and sensitive to the occasion. She even walked my item out to the car. Negative experience: I went in store and placed an order for a bouquet to be picked up on February 22nd at 1 PM and received confirmation. However, when my mom went to pick it up, the store claimed there was no order ready for me. She even showed them the order confirmation, but they insisted they couldn’t find anything. This was an incredibly disappointing experience, I won’t be shopping here again.

Negative experience: No sense of respect for their customers - I’ve been buying flowers weekly or bi- weekly for them and every week the service and product becomes worse I called days ago asking for a specific flower bouquet - they tell me they will have it , they call me and confirm the day before I’m suppose to pick up and say it will be ready The day of pick up they call me and say we couldn’t get those flowers or make that bouquet for you So why are you in business ? Why are you telling me you can the day before and calling the day of to cancel ? You offer no resolution , no apology, no compensation? Ridiculous service I will make sure to tell everyone to avoid this place

Positive experience: My daughter and I received flowers from this flower shop. TWO SEPARATE ADDRESS and yet they were both delivered to the her address. My daughter delivered the flowers to me. Not acceptable and you charged for two deliverys but delivered to one address. I will be speaking to the sender of the flowers and fully expect her to get a credit for one delivery. I will not be recommending your flower shop......

Pramila was extremely helpful on the phone and by email, and they were able to order & send my arrangement the next day. I don't live near Milton, but I would definitely order from them again if the situation called for it. Thank you Pramila!

Positive experience: I had walked into this flower shop about a week ago and had dealt with Kumu. I had informed her that I was looking for a bouquet within $xx range. Kumu was able to put together a really nice set which really put a smile on my wife’s face. Excellent customer service and friendly environment. Negative experience: Would give less stars if I could. Normally, Peonies retail for $2.50-3.50. Came in today and they are $10 per stem and was told it was because of Mother’s Day; absolutely abhor this kind of price gouging. Holiday or not - a 300% mark up is never justified and is simply reprehensible. On principle, I’ll never give my money to these price gougers.

Negative experience: Terrible and misleading service. Flower arrangements look nothing like the photos on the website. The bouquets are much smaller and come with different and smaller vases than the one you choose on the website. Look elsewhere.
