Positive experience: At first I was really pleased with my floral bouquet that was a mix of circus roses, gerbera daisies and lilies. But then my gerbera daisies drooped after a few days. I went in to the shop to ask about it and learned this happens if the stems are not wired or wrapped with a straw. So.. why not do that then?

Fantastic experience: I was greeted when I walked in the door. So many workers hustling to make the store beautiful for Valentine's day. Jason was super helpful today with my small request. He was so very polite and we chatted while my arrangement was being put together. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, but the staff at Wascana Flower Shoppe did not disappoint.

Fantastic experience: I ordered a large OMA arrangement from Wascana Flower Shop for a family who had recently lost their father, and it was absolutely beautiful. The flowers were the highest quality and so thoughtfully arranged, truly stunning. The family was very touched and appreciative, and it brought them real comfort during a difficult time. Fantastic experience: Christmas is such a busy time. Amongst the chaos, it’s so wonderful to experience kindness. I stopped in Christmas Eve, for the last touch; a center piece for our table for tomorrow’s celebration. Petra and her team had so many beautiful options, various colours, price points, with or without candles. Gift card in hand, all I had to do was choose! Then I spotted “the one”. Professionalism - (1) Major improvement needed — reliability, attitude, or accountability are lacking. Online Presence - (2) Limited or outdated; needs better engagement and clearer info. Community Involvement - (3) Some local presence, possibly participates occasionally in community events. Experience - (3) An average experience overall — not unpleasant, but not memorable either. Innovation - (3) Some creative ideas, but not enough to stand out from competitors. Overall - (2) Below expectations. Some positives exist, but consistent issues reduce trust and repeat value.

Negative experience: Horrible arrangement and did not look like the picture advertised. I decided to give them a try hoping for service improvements from 2020. They have a very rude and incompetent staff who lack knowledge of floristry and the art behind it. Falsely selling what is not advertised to customers with such egregious prices and no proper information on care. My flowers died under 2 days with no attached floral food to have prevented that or even the plant information. Lastly the order was incomplete and missing a very important component which was a well wish card stating the purpose of this arrangement. $200 wasted down the drain in 2 days and to top it off the flowers were UGLY. Requesting a refund is not my goal rather a staff overhaul and some common sense to read your reviews and maybe adjust for a business that has been in the city since 1981.

Fantastic experience: I went to Wascana flower shop today desperately trying to find some replacement dahlias to go in a bouquet I bought from another flower shop for my mom’s birthday. I bought this bouquet from another business in town, and the flowers wilted in less than 24 hours despite me putting them in the fridge. Not only did Wascana flower shop take the time to find the perfect flower to replace the wilted ones in the other flower shop’s bouquet, she even provided me these blooms for free (would not take my money no matter how many times I offered!). I would highly recommend this business. Not only do they clearly care about their customers, they care about making sure everyone has the opportunity to enjoy beautiful flowers in their home. Thank you for making my mom’s birthday gift perfect!

Negative experience: Me and my mom went in to pickup a fab Friday bouquet. They could not have made us feel more unwelcome and out of place. Seemed like they were in a rush to get rid of us. Don’t think I would go back but the bouquet is beautiful.

Negative experience: My best friend ordered and sent me flowers from this shop when my Father passed away a few weeks ago. What she ordered online from Wascana flower shoppe, in Calgary, to be sent to me, in Regina from this shop is quite disappointing to say the least. On top of a hugely disappointing arrangement that was already starting to die upon arrival it wasn't even the correct arrangement my friend had chosen! To top things off, when my friend tried to contact the shop to inquire about what happened, or try to get a partial refund or something, she was blown off and told that was the best alternative they could do. Yet charged her triple the cost of what was recieved. I would never recommend this shop or use them in the future due to the lack of compassion, attention to detail and high cost for dead products and terrible arrangements.

Negative experience: Very disappointed. The arrangement delivered was nothing like what I ordered, and the manager/owner refused to take any accountability. I had ordered a white arrangement for a celebration of life (pictured below), but what was delivered was a dying pink version that looked completely different — and was already wilting the next day. Plus, even the card with how to care for the plant describes the plant they should have got. But didn’t !!! Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed a third-party company and called them a scam… even though they are the company who fulfilled the order locally. They work with scammers. I highly doubt what was delivered is even worth the $60 she told me she got from the “scammer” company and I paid over $100 and I’m out everything.

Fantastic experience: Ordered the flowers and gift tray for Mothers Day over the phone (I live in another city). Everything was ready on time. The order was true to the size and theme of the example online, the flowers were beautiful, and the gifts lovely. My mother just loved her gift basket - will be doing this again next year!

Positive experience: Beautiful arrangements, kind & helpful staff.

Negative experience: Went in looking for fresh cut flowers to make my own arrangements for Mother’s Day, only pre-made options (all very beautifully made, a bit pricey; about $100+ per large bouquet, but that wasn’t my issue) The fresh cuts available for purchase were in the back with no catalog to view. Was told to buy something pre-made and disassemble it to get what I wanted. I wasn’t sure what I wanted as I was looking to view what was available as individuals before I chose. Wasn’t even sure exactly what flowers I wanted, as she expected me to name the types of flowers I wanted. Told a single rose goes for $10+ and was offered no other help. Went to Costco, spent that $100 budget and got far more than I needed, even have enough for an extra bouquet. Beautiful store and products if you can afford it, a bit disappointed nothing more was done to keep me as a customer.

Fantastic experience: Called in from BC to do a flower delivery. Great service, nice people, very easy and the flowers were beautiful!

Negative experience: I received a rose bouquet for valentines and they died as soon as I changed the water on day 2. For the price charged, they should last longer than 48-72 hours. Where's the plant food? Huge waste of money! Reading reviews, this seems to be a trend.

Fantastic experience: I live in Saskatoon and called Wascana Florists in Regina to send my gf some flowers for V-day. The flowers never got delivered on V-day due to a technical error. I called Wascana Florists the ext morning and voiced my concern and I received the BEST customer service. I was given 3 options of a refund, a delivery to my Saskatoon address before my gf arrived, or delivery at a later date. They even went as far as calling my gf to apologize for the error and let her know her bf isn't a dufus! Thank you very much...I will be back!

Negative experience: When wanted BIG red roses. They just cut them short and even couldn't make symmetrical bouquet ‍♀️ Last time flowers for 250$ for my 35 years birthday died in 2 days

Fantastic experience: I went to Wascana Flower Shoppe based on Google reviews. I was not disappointed. The flower shop is beautiful, the staff were friendly, professional and worked with me on a bouquet I wanted for an anniversary. While I was waiting, a woman came in to buy flowers for her brother's funeral. The staff were very compassionate and helped her with her arrangement and detail for delivery to the funeral home. The flower arrangement they brought out for me was beautiful. It had all the elements and colour I was looking for in a bouquet. I also purchased a variety of their chocolates. They made me look like a hero on our special day. I have found my permanent flower shop and I want to thank all the staff for great service and a wonderful experience.

Negative experience: I live near their store and the delivery drivers drive very fast and with out due care and attention. They have come close to hitting me and my child. I have seen them disobey stop signs in the neighborhood. No flower delivery is more important than someone’s safety. Please do better and remind your drivers that the buisness name is on the side of the vehicles.

Fantastic experience: We went to Wascana Flower shoppe only a few days before our impromptu wedding to see about having a bouquet made, and they were able to help even on such short notice! Not only were the flowers absolutely beautiful, but our cake did not turn out as expected and they were able to work their magic with some flowers that matched my bouquet as well!

Fantastic experience: So, I can’t really see colour. And when I asked my lady what flowers she liked she listed off some real names I couldn’t remember! I called and they said someone could help me. I went in, said my minimal knowledge of what I needed, said she likes blue, and a woman made me a specific bouquet in my price range that went over very well! And as I wasn’t waiting I browsed and found bath bombs and other wonderful gifts that saved me other trips! Wonderful staff and wonderful products, I recommend 10/10

In response to my review, I was directed to contact the shop. Riley addressed my concerns and Wascana delivered a replacement the next business day and the replacement arrangement is the highest quality that one expects from Wascana Flower Shoppe.

Negative experience: IF YOU ARE SEARCHING JELLYCAT ONLINE AND WANT TO GET IT FROM THIS SHOP, DON'T DO IT!!! Really hope Google Review has negative star option then I can just go for the lowest star. I was searching online and preparing for my friend's gift last night and I saw the wolf & Big foot are perfect to be as a gift. So the next morning, I even call this shop once it's opened to make sure they are all in-stock then I can talk to my friend about this gift. The guy who answered the call said if it was online and you can purchase it. It's in stock. So I ended the call and make my purchase immediately with no problem and message my friend about this surprise. 2 hours later, I receive a call from the shop and what they said is they are local business and don't ship out of the town with their policy. I kindly explained the situation and hope they can charge me more so I can get this order shipped out to my friend. I also said that if this is just a LOCAL BUSINESS why not manage the settings so that the system can just disable orders out of the town. NO LARGE SIGN to explain this policy and people from outside can just make order with NO PROBLEM. MY CALL just been ended rudely and I still didn't got my money back. Don't know who LONG it will take to get my money back or it will be a totally scam. OVERALL, I just feel super disappoint due to the experience I had. High recommend people who are looking for Jellycat ignore this shop.

Fantastic experience: I recently went in to order some arrangements for a memorial service. I was immediately greeted by two ladies who were extremely helpful and enthusiastic. They created two beautiful arrangements for the front table, that had the perfect touch of everything we asked for and more, they were truly stunning! They even had peonies in January with 2 days notice! They were absolutely amazing and so easy to work with. 10000% recommend them to anyone!

Sender is a frequent customer & only solution offered was to return bouquet to store to be refreshed. Discount on future order or partial refund was refused. Disappointing & apathetic response to a consistent customer.

Fantastic experience: We hired them for our wedding day and order bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, and a few bundles of baby's breath for decor on our own. Everything was fantastic! I personally made the mistake of forgetting to stop by the shop the day before to have a look and see if there were any changes that I wanted. So they gave me a call to confirm pick up times and whatnot and I put my faith in them that they did a good job. They completely outshone my expectations! They are definitely on the pricier side of things, but factoring in the consultations, the service of calling me to remind me of things, and the final outcome of the flowers, it was well worth the money.

Negative experience: Zero for customer service. I called for a same day pick up and was quoted $20 for a bundle of baby's breath flowers and was met with snooty behavior and 100% markup. If you want to be met with such obsurd and overpriced markups please waste your time to drive across town to this fallacy they call Wascana Flower Shoppe. More like Waste of Time and Money Shoppe.

Fantastic experience: Loved the recommendations! The viking sunflowers were perfect! Her hair had three sunflowers with babies breath. The corsage and boutonniere were amazing, and really stood out . They matched the art my daughter added to her shoes perfectly. People continuously commented on their flowers. Thank you very much we will be back for sure.

Fantastic experience: This place is above all the rest of the flower shops. They made it super simple to pick up and order and I was shocked with how much more they had inside for sale. Not to mention how amazing the armament was. If you also don’t understand why the price is where it is for the quality of the flower’s, that is because you don’t understand they grow them in the best ways. I went to Safeway to compare the red roses and obviously they were smaller and less fuller than the Wascana Flower Shoppe. 5/5 would recommend for any flower/plant needs.

Fantastic experience: I gave Petra minimal input as to what I wanted, I don't know a whole lot about flowers but I had some criteria I wanted to be covered, and she put together the best flower arrangement I have ever given, enough praise cannot be given to this florist. Negative experience: Long story, a couple weeks ago a delivery driver flipped me off in traffic for absolutely no reason so I called and they said they would call me back the following Monday, never got a call back, okay whatever maybe this man was having a day. Forgive and forget, I went and bought my mom some flowers and asked for a time frame to be delivered and they were two hours early so I didn’t get them that day, sure okay, but the following day was quoted they’d be there for 4:30+, PERFECT, but due to my surprise of them being delivered at later 2pm early 3pm I was not overly happy, I received these beautiful flowers, not super surprised they’re already dying and falling apart. Not impressed. I know flowers die but I’m not super keen on the amount I spent for them to not even last a few days.

Fantastic experience: Had a private event and have them tuning the program! We had a lovely Plant night, by the end of the evening we had something to take home as well. I highly recommend them. They are professional, friendly and a family business! They came on time and we’re very organised. The program was great and very informative!

I took it back to ask what I had done wrong, they gave me a replacement small bouquet which I thought was a nice touch.

Negative experience: Have to admit I’m rather disappointed in Wascana Flower Shop I called to have some flowers delivered for my moms birthday Found a bouquet online I liked and called to have it delivered She did tell me there was a bit of a flower shortage but would make a few substitutions and would make it look as close as possible. Mom sent me a pic of the arrangement to say thank you and it looked nothing like the one I had picked. We did call to let them know and they were kind enough to exchange the bouquet for a new one and it looked like the one I had picked. The flowers in the first bouquet were already wilting by the next day. Saw the charge on my credit card and had to follow up as there was an extra $21 on my card. They charge $14.50 for delivery. Should have been on the website the cost of delivery. I would have had a family member pick it up for me. I did not order on line I did a phone order Maybe something the lady I was talking to should have mentioned The very expensive delivery charges Regina is not that large of a city to warrant that delivery charge !!

Negative experience: Last week, I ordered the flowers for my sister's memorial from Wascana Flower Shoppe. I was promised they would be ready by 11:00 this morning for her service tonight. When I called a short while ago, they had NO RECORD of my order at all. If I hadn't called ahead, my sister would have had NO FLOWERS from Dad and me at her memorial. Unbelievable!

Sounds like they might have nice flowers, but what an unpleasant way to drop $150.

The young lady who answered the phone was quite delightful and helped me pick something out for a special surprise for my special someone. Since I don't have instagram, she took the time to describe how many and what kinds of flowers there were, and how they were arranged. Positive experience: Top florist in the city, no question. Excellent product, great quality, but also expensive. Some of the items are worth the price paid, but others are very over-priced. Service in-store ranges from okay to outstanding depending on the day. Delivery has always been good. Their display room is gorgeous.
