Called Gloucester Florists, from Australia and spoke to a lovely lady (sorry can’t remember her name), explained I was looking for a sympathy bouquet for a close friend, described what I wanted and gave a budget. My friend received the most beautiful arrangement first thing the next morning and sent me a photo to show how lovely they were. Thank you so much, Gloucester Florists! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I may have forgotten about my mums birthday (oops) and as I live in Bournemouth, I needed something asap so I called Gloucester Florists around 9.30, gave them a budget and asked if the flowers could be delivered the same day. Fantastic experience: I was recommended this place for flowers, as I had no idea where to go for the best fresh flowers in Gloucester. Their quality was excellent. The owner clearly explained the options, and we chose based on her recommendation for a sad occasion. However, the flowers beautifully represented a meaningful tribute. We even had to make a change to our order, and the staff was incredibly helpful. On the day, the most amazing flowers were presented. Thank you for the wonderful service and stunning presentation!

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Gloucester Florists on Carlton Road. We have used them for years and they’ve never let us down. They have provided flowers for both my parents funerals as well as Thankyou bouquets and others. Exceptional floristry and reasonable prices. Will continue to use them for all future requirements.

Negative experience: used this florist for years called earlier in the morning. reserved A bouquet to collect after arriving two hours later was told they had sold it. they obviously have no interest in a repeat customer relationship even after years of returning to the shop for Flowers on different occasions.

Fantastic experience: Thank you for the wonderful flowers we received for my mothers funeral, they were beautiful and we very much appreciated you taking on the order at short notice after we were let down by another company. We had the flowers then taken on to our late mothers care home so that the residents and staff that were unable to attend the service could also appreciate the flowers. We ordered a 5ft funeral spray and some additional sunflowers for the grandchildren to place on the coffin as part of the service. Here’s a picture of the flowers once they were taken back to the care home.

Fantastic experience: Due to a mistake on my part they got left out on a doorstep for four days, but they still looked brilliant when finally recieved! One of the few places where the product matches or even looks better than the examples on the website.

Negative experience: I was horrified when Valentine's basket arrived looked more like a funeral spray that could be on top of a coffin. At first I thought there was a mix up,also the care instructions were for a hand tied aqua pack which this definitely was not.

Fantastic experience: Gloucester Florists provided the flowers for our family funeral. They were delivered to the funeral home. Two weeks after the funeral the flowers were still in bloom and beautiful. I will use this company again. Photos are two weeks after funeral.

Fantastic experience: Gloucester florists are so amazing, they make the most beautiful bouquets for any occasion. Over the years I’ve used them for funeral flowers, birthday bouquets and table arrangements. Their customer service is exceptional just like their flowers.

Negative experience: I ordered online and the bouquet that was sent to a friend for a special occasion was very different to the image online. I was extremely disappointed and even after contacting the florist nothing was done.

Fantastic experience: Needed some flowers for my mum for Mother’s Day. She wanted white roses. Not only did they check my budget but also what colours or other flowers I might want with it and made a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Well worth the money. They still look stunning now.

Fantastic experience: Just look at the fresh, seasonal and beautiful flowers & foliage Gloucester Florists delivered on our wedding day! We were blown away by the gorgeous bouquets and button holes. They laid out eucalyptus for our ceremony and reception so elegantly and was of brilliant quality- so much so we still have a vase of pampas grass and eucalyptus at home making the house smell wonderful. They were so friendly, helping to recommend certain seasonal foliage and also very accommodating (even helping to light some candles for us!) I cannot recommend Gloucester Florists enough.

They kindly delivered free of charge to the undertakers, so I didn't get to see the flowers until the funeral. I was so pleased with what they had done. The flowers were beautiful. Fantastic experience: Ordered a nice bunch of flowers for friend's funeral. Never could have imagined the two feet long bouquet that awaited. White lilies, alstroemerias, freesias, large carnations, different types of daisy clusters and many more - all beautifully arranged and packaged. This florist has always been the first to come to mind whenever something special is required, and as expected, certainly didn't disappoint this time.

Obviously, we can’t see them ourselves because of Visiting restrictions. However, they arrived just after mum, and the manager says they are absolutely beautiful!
