As you can see the arrangement is really beautiful and we are absolutely delighted. The staff are friendly, professional, and very accommodating to your ideas, which makes for a positive experience. There is a lovely, calm, and relaxed atmosphere in their establishment, which helped at this time. A wee bit off the beaten track, but it's a track worth following. Fantastic experience: Ordered online yesterday pm from Glasgow to be delivered in Inverness next day. Terrific selection to choose from. Decided on 'Chrissie hand tied bouquet'. Delivered today as requested. Phone call from recipients to say how delighted they are with the bouquet. They were so excited to see a 'Cabbage Rose'. The arrangement is delightful, the choice of blooms and the lovely green foliage are 'just beautiful'. Thank you for making 2 elderly ladies very happy. From my point of view, the selection of items to choose from is wonderful. The website is easy to use and the tick box to be reminded in a year's time makes things easier. I would highly recommend Fiona's Flower Studio and will be using again in the future. Unfortunately, I do not have a picture of the bouquet but if 2 ladies in their 90's are delighted I think that says it all. Thank you.

His online delivery date was quoted as Monday/Tuesday after her birthday as it was a late order and they would have been inundated with Valentine requests. I telephoned FionasFlowerStudio on the off chance they might make an exception and deliver on her day as she had only arrived in Inverness 2 days earlier for University studies. I left it to them to make up a seasonal arrangement using their expertise. I was NOT disappointed I was very impressed with the efficiency, respectfulness and professional manner I experienced. The order was delivered the next day as specified on time. My Sister rang me soon after delivery and was overwhelmed by the beautiful arrangement and sent me a picture.
