Fantastic experience: I ordered my wedding ceremony flowers from Aiime and she listened what i exactly wanted and delivered flowers at exact time. My flowers were gorgeous simply amazingi got so many compliments and it was the star of my fit and we took so many incredible photos with itThank you again and it will be my go to flower shop if i need in the future.

Fantastic experience: Aimee got exactly what we wanted to recreate my mums wedding bouquet for her funeral. A beautiful spray of apricot roses, she would have loved it All the grandchildren had jam jars filled with daffodils and spring flowers that we then used as table decorations at her wake, thank you Aimee, you captured everything we asked for x highly recommend this lovely lady x

I called on Valentine’s Day at the very last minute due to work commitments keeping me away, and from the moment I spoke to Aimee directly on the phone, the service was exceptional. She was calm, professional, accommodating and genuinely cared about getting everything just right. The flowers were quite simply the best we have ever received — stunning quality, beautifully arranged, and clearly made with pride and attention to detail. They exceeded every expectation. What meant even more to me personally was that Aimee also provided single roses for my daughters — something I’ve made a tradition of doing every Valentine’s Day. That extra touch made the whole experience even more special for our family. Outstanding service, incredible quality, and a personal touch that sets them apart. Fantastic experience: We went to Aimee for funeral flowers for my daughter’s stillborn baby boy. From the first meeting she was professional, sympathetic and helpful. We had no idea what we wanted and she guided us on designs and colours, also which flowers for different designs. I chose a spray and my daughter chose a star. They were stunning. When we first went to order, Aimee didn’t have cards suitable for a baby, so she went to the warehouse and got some with little teddies on. She was so thoughtful. I was absolutely dreading the process of ordering flowers, but Aimee made it so much less painful than I expected. She even rang to confirm which cards were going on which flowers. Her designs were perfect for a baby, delicate, soft and pretty. Thank you Aimee, from all my family.

Negative experience: Ordered some flowers to be delivered for an occasion, placing the order almost 2 weeks advanced. Order note stated the delivery date and this was acknowledged with a reply. Order wasn't delivered at all, not what you expect from a florist. Just got an apology and a refund like it's common practice especially for something set up within a reasonable timeframe. Very disappointed. EDIT: I didn't want to add this initially, but seeing the response below, the florist DID NOT offer a complimentary bouquet and sent me an email which I've attached. Says it all.

Fantastic experience: I attended Aimee’s wreath making session at the Welsh House. Aimee was extremely helpful and attentive , giving clear instructions all evening. She ensured we all had ample materials to complete our wreaths. Having attended various wreath making events over the last 5 years this was indeed the best. I will be booking again. Fantastic experience: Vintage Blooms did the arrangement for my husbands funeral in April. I asked for a planted arrangement of flowers that could be planted in the garden afterwards rather than cut flowers.This was an unusual request but she couldn't have been more helpful and knew exactly what I was asking for . Fantastic experience: Aimee is so lovely! It was a pleasure planning my wedding flowers with her. The flowers were fantastic just the colours I wanted to tie in with my bridesmaids. She was really fair with her costs and helped me stay within budget. We originally planned a flower crown, however on the morning it wasn't the look I thought I wanted and she provided an extra flower comb for me straight away which I loved. My bouquet the bridesmaids, and the button holes all looked amazing! Thank you Aimee!

Negative experience: When the flowers were delivered, they were just put on the ground outside. The flower arrangement wasn't the best but it was ok A lot of the flowers were brown and didn't look very fresh. They died very soon after, didn't last long at all. I've been to other places where the flowers have been handed to the person, not carelessly left on the floor and I've had flowers from other places where the arrangement was better and the quality of the flowers were much better and lasted for longer Update: The response from the owner said that they would have only delivered them like that if it were pre arranged - it wasn't pre arranged for the flowers to be left on the floor. The owner also said that flowers were fresh and wouldn't have been delivered with brown on them - not true. I had the flowers delivered to my address so after my mother had opened the door and picked up her flowers, we noticed the brown on them. The reason you can't find a log of serving someone with the name Betty Jones is because I use an alias online and I don't generally give out/use my personal information online, just a personal choice. However my reviews are true to my experiences

Negative experience: Poor quality flowers. Unprofessional service.

Negative experience: Avoid if you don’t want unnecessary stress on your wedding day. The flowers turned up late to begin with, they then arrived wilted. The flower girls basket looked absolutely nothing like the picture asked for. When contacting Aimee an apology was not given at first but just accusations of wether the flowers had been ‘banged or kicked on accident’ by the bridesmaids? The bride couldn’t even leave with her flowers as they all fell apart. No pictures were taken either. Imagine paying all that money for flowers you can’t even have in your wedding photos.

Negative experience: Terrible service. Once she has your money she doesn't care about customer service from that point on. Turned up late dropping wedding flowers off on the day and the flowers looked like they'd been used at a wedding a week before! Brown and curling up at the sides. One bunch physically fell apart when picked up and didn't even make it to the bridal car.

Negative experience: Aimee did not confirm flower selections until 2 days before the wedding. She turned up late on the morning of my wedding. The flowers arrived brown and wilted, the brides bouquet was £100 alone and disintegrated as soon as it was picked up out of the box and the flower girl basket was nothing like what was requested. Messaged Aimee the day after the wedding to let her know what happened with photos as proof, she blamed me saying I had damaged them or stored them incorrectly and that another brides flowers that day were perfect. She denied all responsibility and lied her way out of offering me any type of resolution and didn't offer a sincere apology until pushed to do so. I didn't even get a picture with my bridal bouquet as it was in such a state. Her final response was "I can't take responsibility for them once they've been delivered" unprofessional, unwilling to help and would never ever use again. So disappointing, future brides please avoid!!!

We have a local florist I went the day before the funeral the girls in there could not help me enough the were awesome. They bent over backwards to help me. The reef that they produced was stunning.
