Fantastic experience: From the minute we met Emma, we knew we’d found the perfect florist for our wedding. She was so accommodating and genuinely listened to everything we envisioned. I showed her a handful of inspiration photos I’d found online, and she somehow managed to bring that vision to life even more beautifully than I imagined. I have genuinely never seen peonies as stunning as the ones she sourced for us. Emma was so knowledgeable and thoughtful about the colours, scents, and freshness for both my bouquet and my bridesmaids’ bouquets. When she delivered them on the morning of the wedding, I became emotional the moment I saw them. The peonies completely stole the show; so many of our guests commented on how amazing they were. Emma, I cannot thank you enough - you made our floral dreams come true. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Having never used a florist before I had no idea what to expect from Emma and our wedding flowers. I was a little bit nervous about whether she would be able to understand my vision! She was amazing throughout - we had a meeting a few months before and she took inspiration photos from me and discussed what I liked and why. I felt very heard! On the day she strolled in with just the most perfect bouquets - I was so pleased! I kept telling everyone how perfect they were. She provided vases so that we could pop them in water and place them around the venue after the photos - which was such a lovely touch! After the big day they seemed to last for ages too- it was a couple of weeks before the last roses gave up. Emma is so lovely and really talented. And very reasonably priced I thought. Absolutely recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: We ordered a bouquet of flowers for a work colleague, Emma was lovely, informed me of when the shop was closed and could deliver that same day, even though it was after the normal delivery time, and the option of the delivery on Thursday. Emma also sent me a lovely photo of the bouquet that was being sent out, which was a lovely touch as you don't always get to see the flowers as the sender. Overall a really great experience and service from Bloom and a beautiful bouquet.

I received a very professional and personal experience from her and my friend received a beautiful, exquisite hand-delivered bouquet. Emma went out of her way to accommodate my wishes. I also loved the way Emma pings you the finished bouquet before it goes out for delivery. I used to use Lorraine @Lipstick & Gin and up until now have not found a suitable replacement. Fantastic experience: Ordering flowers from here is like having your own personal florist. A good balance of listening to what you would like but then they offer a little bit of magic, there own expertise and what is delivered is perfection. I have ordered flowers for so many occasions and not once have I been disappointed by the quality received, particularly the longevity of the flowers. After ordering I receive a photo of my order before it’s sent out just to make sure I am 100% happy. I took their advice and had four letters in flowers I wanted and a lovely RAF target. They took the hassle out of delivery and spoke with the funeral directors on my behalf. The car turned up with them in prime location they looked wonderful. Th payment was made easy I can't thank them enough

I had a brief call with Emma who was very helpful and friendly, and she emailed me a picture of the finished bouquet because this was ordered as a gift to be delivered and I wouldn't get to see it otherwise. Great if you're not very good at arranging flowers yourself! Would recommend and definitely use myself in the future.
