Fantastic experience: I wanted to buy some "thank you" flowers for a business in Taunton and chose Nicky's Flower Studio mostly because they offered a same day delivery and a plastic-free option. And they got it all totally spot on. The recipient was both surprised and pleased with the flowers and the delivery was perfect.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this business. My parents kindly called in to the shop to enquire about flowers for my wedding after seeing the positive reviews online and wanting to use a local business. The staff member in the store advised the owner was not in, they could not assist in his absence, and to send an email outlining what we were looking for and someone would be in touch. An email was sent as requested but we have never received any response. Highly unprofessional and disappointing as it would take only a minute to respond and say you do not have capacity to assist/are not interested rather than ignoring a potential customer. We ended up using a local florist in Wellington instead, which has been a completely different and very positive experience.
