Fantastic experience: We had fantastic service from the team at Hedge Rose in Chichester. My sister and I placed an order for a large seasonal bouquet for my mother's birthday. The ladies I spoke to on the phone were very helpful, and checked with me that delivery to the doorstep is okay as my mum had gone out for the day. When my mum came home the bouquet was very carefully place outside and once indoors I was told how beautiful they were and sent a photo of the bouquet. They really are lovely and very carefully arranged. We will definitely be using Hedge Rose in the future.

Fantastic experience: The funeral wreath that Hedge Rose arranged for my mother’s funeral was perfect. As I do not live locally I spoke with Meg on the phone, a lovely gentle manner and she absolutely understood what we wanted. The result was a beautiful, seasonal, autumnal wreath for the coffin which included some memorable flowers and foliage, this looked very natural in a rural setting.

Fantastic experience: I asked for a Birthday bouquet that was something quite unusual and explained what my partner liked. When it arrived it was beautiful, exactly what I wanted and my partner, who is an artist, loved it. Thanks Hedge Rose.

Fantastic experience: I visited this shop on a Saturday just before lunchtime to ask if they could make a bouquet based on a picture of my partner's recently deceased mum's wedding bouquet. I had a photo from his parents wedding and the flowers were to honour the memories of both parents and their relationship. The lady at the counter was really lovely and listened to my request intently. She made some suggestions for the main flowers and the size of the flower arrangement. The flowers were ready for collection just three hours later and they were absolutely perfect! My partner and his sister were really grateful for the flowers and truly appreciated the thoughtfulness.

Fantastic experience: We used Hedgerose for my Mums funeral flowers. Her favourite colour was blue, they did a magnificent job and they looked stunning. We had 2 sheaths ( flat bouquet)arranged on the top. My sister and I bought the flowers away with us to be enjoyed for a bit longer xxx

Positive experience: We initially received thw being bouquet, a very small bouquet and clearly not good value for money. I was very unhappy indeed, I was able to speak to Meg who was very surprised that we had a poor service and poor quality flowers. Meg was very understanding qhen she saw the photographs. She agreed we had received the wrong flowers and replaced them and refunded our money. I have to say I am most impressed with the customer service and also the quality of the flowers.

Fantastic experience: This independent florist is an absolute gem and we are so fortunate to have them in Chichester. I have bought their pot plants before but visited today to buy some blooms for a friend. I was able to choose some flowers I loved and the florist advised on complementary foliage, quickly and professionally putting them together in a unique bouquet that was very reasonably priced. I recommend Hedge Rose highly.

Fantastic experience: I live in Chichester .My husband died and I wanted something beautiful for his funeral and his grave but didn't know where to choose to do this for me. I knew exactly what I wanted and so I explained to the person and she explained showing me photos and designs.the flowers had to be exactly right in colour as I wanted what was in my wedding bouquet and my husband adored them. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend hedge rose in Chichester! The girls were so helpful and always came back to me so quickly. We had huge flower displays and beautiful bouquets for our November 23 wedding, all at a reasonable cost. They came on the wedding day and set the flowers up exactly how I wanted them and even brought extra flowers just in case I needed them. The flower arrangements were so beautiful, everyone asked who our florist was. Our flowers lasted for about a month after the wedding, we were able to create small bouquets for around the house!
