Fantastic experience: Fantastic friendly helpful service Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: We have used Arabesque for years - weddings, anniversaries and funerals, and they have never let us down, even with some specific requests! Yesterday Mum's coffin looked beautiful with a swag in her favourite colours, and a matching top arrangement from the immediate family. Arabesque are a pleasure to deal with, everything went smoothly, and once again, a perfect result.

Fantastic experience: We used Arabesque for a number of different floral arrangements and bouquets for my mother-in-law’s funeral and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Rachel and Matt are an absolute pleasure to speak with and kept in regular communication to ensure everything was exactly as required. It was so reassuring and really took the stress out of the whole process, and the flowers looked incredible. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers for my mum on Mother’s Day morning from Dubai (she’s in Maidstone) and honestly the service was amazing. I placed the order around 7am uk time and the florist messaged me on WhatsApp straight away to let me know the bouquet I chose wasn’t available. Rachel helped me quickly pick a lovely alternative and was so responsive and helpful the whole time. Considering it was Mother’s Day, I really wasn’t expecting same-day delivery, but the flowers were delivered by lunch time. It meant so much being able to organise something special from abroad so easily. Such kind, personal service and the flowers were beautiful. I’d absolutely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I moved from London to Maidstone and discovered this absolute gem of a florists that I have now used on several occasions. Beautiful fresh arrangements without fail, get well soon, birthdays, Valentines, my go to florists every time! Run by a lovely couple who take the time to discuss your requirements and I love the little additions to their bouquets, eg bees, butterflies, love hearts that can be kept as keepsakes. Reasonably priced, long lasting blooms, I’m so impressed. Well done!

Fantastic experience: I ordered the Classic Harmony bouquet from Arabesque for my mum as a gift on my wedding day. When I picked up the flowers, they were absolutely beautiful. Exactly as shown in the image. The only difference was the colour of the roses. They didn't have white, just a lovely pale pink. They were very apologetic but I told them not to worry because it was still just as beautiful and actually most important flowers in the arrangement were in fact the lilies and the pussy willows. I wish I used this store for my bridal and bridesmaid bouquets as well, as the one I did use for those ended up being very disappointing, with the flowers still shut for my bridesmaid and mine missing the very lilies I asked for. Therefore I was so happy to see that Arabesque met my expectations superbly for my mum's flowers and for a very reasonable price. I shall be using them again in future for coming major events. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: We ordered flowers for daughter’s wedding They were absolutely stunning, as perfect as she had imagined. Unusual buttonholes and corsages made perfectly. Really set the tone for the wedding day The florist and her husband were very helpful. The flowers were delivered nice and early on the wedding morning which was very helpful. The bouquets were in jars with water and the buttonholes were in saturated oasis on a tray. No worries about anything drying out. Thank you

My Brother and I are in Essex so communicated ideas by phone and email to include flowers from us and her great-grandchildren. We met the day of the funeral to handwrite cards and they were so patient and offering suitable suggestions. The arrangements were perfect. Beautifully presented with customised ribbons and colours that complimented those of other family members. They were stunning. She was really helpful in the suggestions of which flowers she'd recommend to use. She and her Husband, Chris were very professional and friendly and they both offered a listening ear in a very heartbreaking time for me and my family. Fantastic experience: Arabesque have never let me down - from the extra-special arrangement to celebrate my parents Diamond Wedding Anniversary, to the touching and beautiful arrangement and coffin swag she did for my Dad's funeral. Nothing is ever too much - Arabesque will always do their best, including handling last minute requirements. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: I called for a same day delivery and every answer was ‘I don’t know’ she wasn’t very helpful the only answer she gave was ‘you can pay over the phone’ would never request a delivery again
