Fantastic experience: Free limited parking on site Free half hour Street parking outside Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely selection of beautiful flowers .the smell as you walk in is amazing. Quite expensive but great flower choice and quality. £5 for delivery

Fantastic experience: My daughter chose spring flowers as a Mother's Day gift and the blooms were so varied and delightful. Narcissi, stripey orange and yellow tulips, anemones, irises, ranunculus, statis and a variety of greenery. Look gorgeous, smell amazing and lasted well. Thank you all at The Flower Garden

Negative experience: I requested on 6th february for some flowers to go to a grave for a special friend. Requested date 29th february. So plenty of notice. Helpful lady efficient. Requested a photo since i live on mainland. I paid my £40. No photo on 29th. So i phoned and asked if it was delivered and photo. Response done did you want a photo?. No apologie, no will get it done and in fact no furthercontact. I only have their word it was done. Very upsetting he was a specisl friend. I shall not be using them again. live on nainland. Negative experience: First and last time customer to this florist. I received no acknowledgement when I entered but to be fair the gentleman was dealing with a customer. I had a look around inside and out and picked out a plant to purchase. Waiting at the till I must have become invisible! The man serving decided to start browsing things on the computer while the previous customer looked in a brochure. There was zero indication I would be served even though I was standing at the till holding a plant about 2 feet away from the server. I waited a while but in the end I dumped the plant and left. Good luck in the future, customer service like that will see you fail.

Fantastic experience: Catherine at The Flower Garden has just provided all the flowers for my daughters wedding on 15th July 2023 at Arreton Manor. I can't fault what Catherine provided. This included bride and bridesmaids bouquets which were the most beautiful arrangements of green and white, 5 x mens buttonholes and a display for the registrars table along with decorating the whole terrace room including ceiling beams of beautiful greenery, an 18ft top table display full of beautiful white flowers and greenery, 5 huge table centerpiece martini glasses with gorgeous displays of flowers overflowing, petal confetti and petals for the aisle. Everything she made was outstanding. The martini glasses where exceptional and gave the absolute wow factor we were looking for. Nothing phased her from beginning to end. She gave my daughter exactly what her vision was with no fuss or stress. I can't add photos as we don't have them back yet but I will be very happy to show what The Flower Garden can do for your wedding once we have them. It was all amazing! Thank you Catherine for all you did for us.

Fantastic experience: Ordered the flower arranging jar with country garden flowers for a birthday present. My aunt was delighted - said the flowers were unusual and beautiful and looked so delicate in the vase. She also loved that she has a vase to display delicate flowers that won't stand up in a normal vase. I live on the other side of the world and have to trust what I see online. I'm a repeat Flower Garden customer and have not been disappointed.

Negative experience: Ordered £65 worth of flowers to be delivered. They got the name WRONG on the flowers so they were addressed to somebody else. I Phoned the shop to explain & all I got was sorry. Shocking customer service.

Fantastic experience: I sent flowers to my friend for her birthday on St. Patrick's day. I asked for bright colours and that is exactly what she got. She was so pleased with them. I am very impressed as it was so close to Mother's day and quite short notice. I've never used Flower Garden before but will definitely order from them again in the future.

Negative experience: After being let down by another florist, I rang Flower Garden and I was met with a rude answer saying “Sorry we’re shut, goodbye” without even taking the time to reply or even respond to my query. I understand that you’re shut today now but there’s ways to go about this. Learning some customer service may not go a miss.

Fantastic experience: I contacted the flower garden through their website, I ordered some autumn shades bouquet for my friends birthday to be delivered as late in the day as possible, I had en email back from Jayne stating they would deliver them as late as possible which was great, I then replied asking it they could make another bouquet at a last minute decision for my mum, as she just retired that day and It was a last minute decision! Jayne made another beautiful bouquet and delivered the following day. I couldn't recommend The Flower garden enough. Super lovely people, excellent flowers and beautiful arrangements. All in all a wonderful experience, I will always us the flower garden in future.

Fantastic experience: It was my Mum's funeral today and the sheath of flowers that I ordered in white , lime and blush pink was beautiful. It was so much prettier than I could have imagined, and so much thought went into the multi toned flowers . Lovely staff in the shop.
