Negative experience: I found the staff to be quite rude and unaccommodating. I went in to buy flowers 10 minutes before closing time and was refused anything else other than pre-arranged bouquets. Ended up with a bouquet of all roses which didn't even had the thorns trimmed out of them.

Fantastic experience: Best florist in Guildford. Had these delivered on time, nicely picked out bouquet and received very helpful customer service.

Fantastic experience: I had the most gorgeous experience ordering some flowers with Angela. I was sending sympathy flowers to a friend, I chatted with Angela on the phone and she was just so lovely, helpful and really made the process choosing something for a sad occasion a joy. We worked together to a budget, and colours and she was so considerate through the full process, truly an expert in what she does. Will definitely keep in mind and HIGHLY recommend. Its also a nice reminder of why you should shop small and local <3 thank you Angela, she loves the flowers and sent me a picture.

Positive experience: I ordered some flowers for my sister i law in the week to be delivered in Guildford. The flowers were beautiful but unfortunately the writing on the card was so poor she didnt know who they were from. I had to ring her the next day to make sure she’d received them which i found was a little bit embarrassing.

Negative experience: I ordered flowers for my partner’s graduation a week before. I was told they will be ready for 9am on the day since I needed them for a 10am ceremony. When I came to pick up my order, the florist said they aren’t ready since I hadn’t told her I’d need them that early. She made up a bouquet on the spot, which was okay but not worth the £45 I’d paid.

Negative experience: I showed up 15 mins before closing, and the woman working in the shop refused to make up a nice hand tied bouquet for me. Not to mention I had tried calling the shop EVEN EARLIER, to save us time and have it finished in no time. Nobody answered the phone, and Upon arrival, nobody was in the shop, with the closed sign on the door 15 mins before closing time, stated both online and on the doors. It was New Year’s Eve, you dropped all notions of professionalism, we’re absent when you shouldn’t have been, refused me your services for my pregnant girlfriend and said I just had to buy one of the bouquets by the door. Very few in number, very very overpriced, and very low quality, workmanship, variety and effort put into them. Will never be returning in my life, and will be going well out of my way to ensure nobody I know visits either. Sometimes one visit really is all it takes. Unforgettable experience, never been to a florist THIS badly run. Shameful.

Fantastic experience: The Secret Garden is a hidden gem in Guildford. Whenever I visit my family I make sure I take a trip to the shop. It’s not just an amazing florist (their bouquets are to die for!!) they are also a quirky gift shop selling all the gifts you would need there is even champagne! It’s is certainly a one stop shop.
