The moment that the hearse arrived with mum everyone instantly said how beautiful they were and how much my mum would have loved them. Fantastic experience: Flowers were beautiful, people stated how lovely they were, with my dad having a crem funeral I decided to take the flowers with me and put them them on my Nans grave so it also brightened her little patch up also thanks again service was brilliant and so accommodating xx

Fantastic experience: I ordered 2 beautiful remembrance plain holly wreaths.They were so full and healthy looking, I had really struggled to find plain ones as I didn't want any glitter, ribbons etc as so many christmas wreaths tend to have. Once again Roberts have given us exactly what I wanted. They only took a few days to order and were a fantastic price ..I quickly picked them up and while I was there they had some really sweet little strings of fake onions (I did think they were real lol), I had been looking for some to decorate my kitchen and they very kindly gave me some. Roberts are the best Florist in this area by far, they offer high quality and beautiful flowers and plants.

From the very beginning, she guided us through the choices with such thoughtfulness, making sure every detail was just right. She understood how important it was to capture who my dad was, and she did it perfectly. The arrangements were stunning, and the way she incorporated his bike helmet into the display with such respect was truly special. It meant so much to see something so personal treated with such care. Their perfectionism shone through in every detail, which was very fitting as Dad was a perfectionist himself. The whole service was professional, compassionate, and personal. Sarah Jayne and her team went above and beyond, and I’ll always be grateful for the comfort they brought us at such a difficult time. Always beautiful flowers, that last and give so much joy at milestone moments.

Negative experience: My daughter sends me a bunch every year at Christmas. I think the colour matching is poor. I have one orange lily, a few dark crysanthemums and a festive cone along with some peach roses. Not festive and not like the pictures. Delivered today and very disappointed like all the “spares” were gathered up. Giving two stars as they are alive but very disappointed with the look.

Positive experience: Was looking for flowers for a birthday and the florist I usually used had ceased trading. I was specifically looking for an independant florist, wanting to support small locally run businesses (I remember when this business traded from Broad St, Blaenavon. I now live in the Med so unable to check things out myself, hence my choice). I was more than surprised after placing my order that the payment was made to Interflora and when notified of delivery it too was from Interflora. Had I wanted to place an order with a conglomerate the I would have used Serenata etc. There is nothing on the web page to state that flowers for delivery locally could be sourced from Interflora/Serenata etc. But I guess the £12 delivery charge now makes sense, which I did think was expensive for a 10 mile round trip. The recipient was more than happy with the flowers I have to say.

Fantastic experience: Amazing! Went in to order flowers for my mothers birthday and the lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. She helped me pick a nice bouquet and added extra roses in for me, she also said she would do the colours I want. Reasonably priced aswell. Will be returning for my Christmas flowers for sure! Negative experience: Our office ordered a bouquet for a colleague who's son passed away suddenly aged 21 it cost 54 pounds when it arrived it was appalling none I the staff would allow it to be sent to the grieving colleage... we were told there would not be a refund even though we rang immediately to voice our concern ...we binned them and bought better in Morrisons
