Fantastic experience: I called to request a 'bright' bouquet to cheer up a friend after surgery. It was easy to place the order, the lady I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. The bouquet is beautiful, just perfect. Delivered same day and in a 'living vase' (box with plastic bag of water). I would definitely use this company again.

Fantastic experience: We went in on the morning of our daughter's graduation to order a handheld bouquet and it was all organised in minutes. Two hours later, we had the bouquet in our hands. It was exactly as we had requested and had been expertly assembled. It lasted all day and is still being enjoyed. highly recommended. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: What I can I say Blooms are just amazing I've used this shop for many years now in my opinion no one can beat them on any thing the staff are just great and go above and beyond. I've given them some challenges over the years and they never disappoint ive hiven them anotger challenge fir this Thursday (3rd April) 2025 probably one of the hardest challenges yet but i have every faith tbst as usual they will rise to it and exceed expectations as they normally do.Also the flowers last ages someone actually had a bouquet sent to me Christmas eve it was still going 3rd January. I would definitely recommend Blooms they are the best of the best. Jan and staff thank you so much for all you do you are all just fabulous

Negative experience: You indicate that the front door would be open and they don't even bother to read the instructions and leave the flowers, after that they leave you a notice saying that you have to pick them up at the store even though you have paid for the shipping. Then I call and they tell me that they will tell me in a while when they will be sent when my partner had a short period of time off at midday to pick them up. Anyway, I understand that Valentine's Day is a very busy day but it would be good to read the instructions when we are talking about a paid delivery.

Fantastic experience: I came in the day before valantines day and they were clearly very busy, despite this they made me up a lovely set of flowers on the spot. Great servive 100% recomend.

Negative experience: Terrible service! Ordered my flowers over the phone. Paid for the delivery etc. Flowers supposed to arrive the evening before the event. They never delivered! We had to chase them to find out what was the problem. How terrible is it! Will never buy from them again! What a disgraceful place with no dignity and zero responsibility!

Negative experience: I paid £100 yesterday for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my wife whom is currently with my daughter at a dance festival in Exeter. Despite me providing name and room number the delivery driver simply dropped the bouquet at reception and made no attempt to ensure my wife got the bouquet so she has now left and has not received the bouquet For clarity I am an advocate of using local businesses despite having the option of using an internet service such as moon pig whom have delivered successfully on many many occasions the exact scenario, more fool me and to compound the issue the response on the phone just now was frankly quite poor which was we delivered them to reception our responsibility stops there despite an assurance before payment was taken that the bouquet would be delivered to my wife

Let down completely by Interflora but Blooms took the order on and even rang me back to ask if I'd like the flowers that day as it was supposed to be a birthday surprise for mum's birthday. Fantastic experience: Always get my flowers from Blooms. You pay a premium price but you definitely get a premium product. Always a huge bouquet with a great variety, including flowers you'd find difficult to get elsewhere and my god are they stunningly arranged. Girlfriend is always left gobsmacked when she gets them and I end up with 50 pictures being sent to me.

Fantastic experience: I had emergency surgery and I was only discharged a day before my brothers funeral....I wanted a king of hearts tribute.. I emailed lots of florists in Devon as my brother had lived in ottery st mary....I was relieved and so grateful that they replied informing me that they could supply my tribute the next day just in time....It was beautiful and i am so very grateful....they even contacted the funeral directors to arrange pick up as I was unable to do so as I was travelling from Essex the same day....proffesional helpful took the worry from me....I have never known service like this....if I could give 10 stars I would....

Negative experience: Beautiful on the day, but only lasted a couple days before they all started to die. This bunch was £40 and it didn't even come with food. I'd much rather spend £10-15 in M&S for a bigger bunch that will last longer.

Fantastic experience: Olivia at Blooms was absolutely wonderful! She instantly understood our vision and made our dreams come true. Specific flowers were sentimental to us for our wedding and she and the team made sure these flowers were featured in my bridal bouquet. The bridesmaids’ bouquets and grooms party’s buttonholes were beautiful and exactly how we hoped them to be. Negative experience: Lovely flowers but the delivery was late by over an hour and so missed the person they were meant for. The surprise element was lost as the recipient then had a 10 mile trip to collect them.. I've emailed this store three days ago and still no reply.. I won't be using you again.

Fantastic experience: We ordered family flowers from Blooms for our mum's funeral but unfortunately were forced to cancel the service at the last minute due to the heavy snow. We called in again to reorder the flowers, and naturally were expecting to have to pay for the new order only to be told they would supply not only our order but anyone else who had ordered with them free of charge. I just wanted to thank everyone at Blooms for such a fantastic service.
