Negative experience: I have been going to this place for years. I moved to Spain 8 years ago and every time I come back I always buy flowers for my grandads grave and for my nan when I visit normally 2 or 3 times a year. However this time the 30£ bouquet I normally get was half the size and the flowers after 3 days were almost dead I was so disappointed. I would now never go back as to be honest after buying my grans flowers that lasted no time. I went and bought waitrose flowers for my grandads grave and the out lived there’s. The blue bells to be honest were on the turn of day of purchase one stem of Lilly’s and a few other flowers for 30£ disgusting. Such a shame guys as I have used your Florist for at least 15 years plus. I hope this changes in the future. The waitrose flowers are still good on my grandads grave my grans were dead before I left!!!!

Fantastic experience: Ordered a heart shaped wreath for a funeral. Gill was so helpful when ordering and when I emailed my message, she replied straight away. The wreath was absolutely stunning - white chrysanthemums with red roses. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Fantastic experience: I adore this shop with its pretty little trinkets, gifts and unique items that I usually find far away from home but am fortunate to have a stones throw away. What I love most is the jewellery and how it is presented and the precious cosy space beyond that has more little delights. There is something here for everyone and moving forward I will make more of a point to utilise and embrace this shop as my go-to for gifts for my nearest and dearest. Positive experience: Flowers are beautiful but you a high price 7 stems of roses 24 .00 pounds, I was told 2.50 a stem, but paid 24.00 on day, just rose as they are!

Fantastic experience: My friend lives locally and I wanted to send her some flowers. I remember visiting Flower Thyme many years ago when I stayed with her, and once again they did not disappoint. I ordered over the phone, gave a brief description of what I wanted and budget and these were delivered to her door within a few hours. Absolutely delighted and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Fantastic experience: We chose Flowerthyme as Gill was so friendly, had expert knowledge and great suggestions, and was situated so close to our venue! From the first meeting with Gill, she made our flower arrangements plans come alive and we were so excited to see the final results! She got our vision spot on and helped us choose flowers and foliage for the chapel that we could also use later on in the day, to maximise their usage and show them off the most! The flowers were absolutely beautifully and I will cherish the photos forever. Highly recommend, thank you Gill :)

I couldn’t have asked for more, the flowers were so beautiful and they decorated the tables so flawlessly. I had so many comments during the day about the flowers and how different they were. I had a bluebell themed wedding and Gill was able to find the most stunning bluebell flowers for the arrangements and also ordered me 6 variety of flowers for my table decs. Ordered flowers today for my mums birthday, they got delivered within the next couple of hours, beautifully made with a personal message added (which the lady delt very well with since it was in a foreign language) stunning flowers very fresh and colourful! Fantastic experience: Gill did an excellent job for my flower arrangements at my wedding. She created an entire wedding's worth of flowers (centrepieces, buttonholes, bouquets etc) based on one photo from Pinterest. She is incredibly knowledgable about plants, arrangements, and wedding set-ups, and put any pre-wedding worries at rest. Her manner in person and on the phone is incredibly friendly, approachable, and relaxed, and everyone was so impressed with the stunning bouquets and flower arrangements in the church and in the reception rooms. Thank you so much to Gill and her team! Her boutique is also well worth a visit, to see her beautiful blooms, and various accessories - pots, wall decorations, cards and candles.

Fantastic experience: Every time I come back to Flower Thyme I'm always pleased to see how well they keep the shop fresh and modern. The staff are really friendly. They helped me pick out pots for two succulents I was buying as gifts, and even wrapped them in cellophane and some pretty twine free of charge. Always my first stop for a last minute card or gift when I'm in the area!

Fantastic experience: Gill at Flower Thyme recently did the bouquet/flowers for my wedding and they were amazing. She understood the look I wanted to achieve totally, and we were so pleased with everything. We had so many lovely comments from the guests at our wedding about the flowers, especially the amazing table plan that Gill had created from a photograph I showed her. We have used Gill for many years for bouquets etc and have always been very pleased with anything she does for us, and our wedding flowers were no different. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Gill and Flower Thyme.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant service! I had a special occasion where I wanted to send flowers but there was a catch; they had to be delivered by 7:30am! Seeing as I was no where near the delivery location I tried a few companies in the local area who would be able to, however, all the companies locally said 07:30am was too early for deliveries. Thankfully I found Flower Thyme because not only did they deliver the flowers at the time I wanted but she was brilliant at suggesting a bouquet of flowers. So thank you for the amazing service. It's greatly appreciated!

Negative experience: £28.00 for a bunch of flowers (No not a hand tied bouquet or any thing particularly special) I could have got at Tesco for a fiver, Tesco's would have lasted longer too, these died within a couple of days. Very disappointed.
