Fantastic experience: K Flowers provided our flowers for our wedding on the 18th July 2025 and they were spectacular. The vibrancy of the colours were exactly what we wanted and Ber was so accommodating by moving the flowers from the Church to the Court Hotel. The flowers were so stunning, I've decided to preserve my wedding bouquet to hang on my wall as a reminder of our magical day. Thanks again everyone in K Flowers for the perfect day! Positive experience: I went into the shop and had a look around. I went up to the counter and spoke to the lady. I explained what I wanted :- I wanted to put flowers on a grave to mark a birthday ? The lady explained that she had a range of flowers that would suit and showed me three examples. I asked how much ? Flower arrangements shown to me were €30. I said that I would like to buy one. The lady said that she had a heavy potted arrangement marked at €35 and said that she would take it at the €30 as it was better suited for a grave. I said Thank You and left with my purchase a happy customer. I would recommend a visit and check it out for yourself. I will return to shop again for flowers as I had a good shopping experience.

Fantastic experience: K Flowers recently did the flowers for our wedding, Ber was a pleasure to deal with & the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. The delivery/set up to the brides house/church/venue was all seamless & nothing was too much to ask for. The flowers lasted so well & kept the house in bloom for days after the wedding! The bouquets, buttonholes, corsages, church decor were all beautiful. Thanks so much to Ber & all the team at K Flowers. Negative experience: Ordered flowers for mother's day. Paid in advance for delivery. Asked for them to be delivered Saturday evening and was told no issue. Flowers never came. No phone call. No explanation. Having ordered several times before I am.deeply annoyed and disappointed with their poor customer service. Will never ever be ordering from them again. Update: so I gave this company the benefit that this hadn't happened before so ordered again for my aunts wedding anniversary. Paid for flowers, baloon and delivery. This time the flowers came ... alone. So again I had to phone and seek a refund and didn't even get an apology or explanation. Without a doubt the worst company I've ever had dealings with. 0/10 for customer service

Negative experience: Ordered flowers to of a specific colour scheme and display, couldn't be more disappointed with arrangement so emailed to complain. Only to receive a response stating that they were taking no responsibility for the delivery. Very rude a sincere apology would have been kind and at the very least an updated website, so as not to mislead public. It is their responsibility to ensure customers get what they order and if demands are too high don't accept payment without clarification. Very disappointed
