Fantastic experience: The kindest and best nursery in Ireland. Excellent and friendly team and most gorgeous plants and products. Can not thank enough, and can't wait to do more business in future. My new go to garden centre!

Negative experience: I bought "the good life" soil test kit for pH and N-P-K. Following the instructions scrupulously, I tested two samples from my garden, one of poor spoil and one of rich soil. All showed no color change after 10 minutes, indicating depleted everything. Suspicious, I mixed up a batch of Miracle Grow fertilizer and tested it straight for Nitrogen--no color. Then I added 5 small drops of household ammonia--still no color. Conclusion: this test kit gives false negatives on everything.

Fantastic experience: Bought a cherry tree from them. Was checking their shipping and I saw it said Fastway so messaged the chat bot in the evening to ask because Fastway has ceased operating. The chat bot couldn't answer and then a staff member joined the chat around 8pm at night. I felt terrible for making a human respond to me at that time outside regular business but I think it really shows the level of customer service this business provides. Item was dispatched and out for delivery and extremely quickly. Would definitely order from them again

Fantastic experience: Such a good variety of healthy bedding plants as well as great selection of pots etc. However, the strawberries are what really makes this place special!! Absolutely gorgeous and had to stop ourselves from picking too many as couldn't eat them all! The staff are so friendly and welcoming (Colm deserves a raise), really went out of way to help! Highly highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Was traveling the whole of Ireland in June of this year and, while out on a drive, came across O'Neill's flowers. I own a greenhouse and garden center in the States, so of course, I had to stop in and check it out. Great garden center and absolutely the best strawberries anywhere. Look forward to making my way to O'Neill's again in the future.

Fantastic experience: Can not recommend enough. We recently had a wedding and gearoid and the team were amazing. From the very start you and all your staff were beyond lovely and professional. I adored all of my flowers, the bouquets, the alter arrangements, the button holes and the pew ends. It was way beyond what I expected and everyone was so complimentary of all of them. Thank you for making it a very pleasant experience, we came away from the initial meeting thrilled and even more so when we collected the flowers.

Fantastic experience: Gearoid and Ellen's team made the flowers for our wedding day back in August and they truly went above and beyond. From keeping us laughing at every interaction to scheduling periodic calls to make sure we were all on the same page, to managing last minute back and forth over how many of what we would need, Ellen and Gearoid were so professional and helpful right up to the day itself. Fantastic experience: This is the place I go for all my bedding. They have such a great variety and I find they are good quality, at a good price. For me what has really made the difference is the friendly and helpful staff. A guy called Colm Bothwell seems very knowledgeable about the plants, shrubs, hedging, etc. and always gives 110% in helpfulness and pleasantness. I should also mention the beautiful bouquets you can purchase, strawberries and free range eggs and lovely cup of coffee with something sweet. All things I have availed of and can recommend.

Fantastic experience: Went strawberry picking here...I took my 2 older kids 11 &12 and it was great looking for strawberries and the sibling rivalry was brilliant! The strawberries are raised off the ground which was ideal for me, with a bad back but a bit difficult for shorter kids maybe.... the guy that took us out was ace... such a pleasant fellow... left us to it. On the way out I was looking at and for some plants....the guys knowledge was unreal...and he wrote a care plan down incase we forgot. Seriously couldn't do enough for us without being overbearing. Taboot home with a hoard of strawberries...

Fantastic experience: I live overseas and use Oneill's flowers for my grannys, mothers, and all my sisters birthdays. The service is awesome. Will deliver anywhere on the island of Ireland with next day delivery (if ordered early enough in the morning). Handy for people like me that leave it to the last minute haha. My granny is always impressed by the way the flowers are delivered...in a protective box to stop the flowers getting damaged and with a water 'nappy' to keep them fresh. The website is great and they have a big range of flowers and prices. TOP SERVICE!

Negative experience: I am disappointed beyond belief, I live in the uk and ordered a bouquet and chocolates on the 5th of December to be delivered to my mam who's had a bad year and recently had a op I booked it to be delivered on Christmas eve as a surprise, when I spoke to her Christmas day she hadn't received a thing, I felt so awful it's made me look like I never bothered i've sent 2 emails so far trying to find out what's happened and neither have been answered needless to say I'm not impressed and will not be using this company again and will be telling my friends the same.
