Negative experience: What was advertised for 62euro v what my mother received im v disappointed

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service i visited last minute for Mother's Day and was accommodated the flowers are perfect along with the service received.

Fantastic experience: I live in Scotland and have sadly had to travel to Wexford for my uncles funeral on the 6th August. I used Slaneys for my aunts funeral in May. I called in my order before I left my home and the lady that took my order couldn't have been more helpful . She listened to my request and made suggestions which were very helpful . The wreath was absolutely beautiful, full of colour as I had asked . I would highly recommend Slaneys to anybody the certainly provide a 5 * service

Fantastic experience: Outstanding service by the team at Slaney Flowers. I live abroad and wanted to congratulate a family member on her baby girl so thought of a bouquet and a gift voucher from Seafield Hotel. Contacted Slaney Flowers to ask if they could arrange for the voucher to be delivered with the bouquet and they didn’t hesitate to do it. Prompt communication back and forth especially on arranging for the voucher to be posted to them. Delivery was quick and they were the freshest and most beautiful flowers!

Fantastic experience: Slaney Flowers did our wedding for us in May 2023. We booked with Ingrid who was so easy to deal with and knew exactly what we wanted. She is so talented and we are glad that we gave her full design control as she is the expert. The bouquets and button holes were absolutely stunning and we got a lot of compliments. The table decoration and aisle decorations were beautiful and our guests loved it. We couldn’t recommend them enough and not only were they amazing at what they do but they were fantastic value. Negative experience: Very disappointed with the service from Slaney Flowers certainly wouldn't use them again. Was charged €10 for delivery for a bouquet for my mother but instead of delivering them to her door in Carne beach they left them in the office on the site. With no phone call or anything. I had to go and collect them for her. Not exactly what I would call customer service.

Fantastic experience: I was badly let down by Teleflorist two days before Mothers Day. Slaney Flowes were fully booked but I love their arrangements so I booked for the following day and apologised to my mum. It was really upsetting. Sure enough they saw they were for mothers day and managed to deliver them on the day without any obligation. My mum was so delighted.. they are also so beautiful ! From now on so be going straight to them !!

Negative experience: Ordered and paid for flowers for delivery as a birthday gift. Two days post Birthday still no flowers. The excuse given? The ticket was put in the wrong place. Not acceptable. Terribly disappointing. I won't be using this business again.
