Booked a delivery on their website for tomorrow as it was after 2pm which is cut of for same day, but I gave them a call tp check after ordering. ...flowers were delivered within the hour. Highly recommend

Negative experience: They got the order wrong and tried to deliver the last picture when my fiancé paid for a full bouquet of roses expecting the first picture. The roses that came are not the same colour as the first picture and look like they have disease on the petals. Not pink, diseased yellow. Very disappointed they thought it was okay to drop up low quality roses for the price that was paid.

Fantastic experience: We were disappointed with a basket of flowers initially and after contacting the shop, Sonia - the exceptionally lovely business owner - personally delivered replacement flowers to my mother’s home this evening. They were absolutely beautiful and Sonia was amazing. I conclude by celebrating the outstanding flowers and customer service delivered.

Negative experience: I ordered flowers from this florist in early November to celebrate a birthday. I spent over $100 dollars, the display was cheap and inferior compared to international standards. I would seriously advise would be buyers to steer clear of this company as there are much better choices available at Ennistymon florists delivering to North Co. Clare. Mulqueens are rip off merchants dealing on a past good name from 35 years ago. I’m hopeful that this post will prevent them from ripping off other purchasers fro the United States

Fantastic experience: We couldn't recommend Mulqueens more. With the passing of my husbands Father. With us living in England and coronavirus travel restrictions, we wasn't able to attend. We contacted Mulqueens by email as it was a Sunday. They contacted us directly that day to help us arrange flowers to go directly to the church. They made a beautiful cross as we would have wanted to honour a wonderful man. Grandfather, Dad & Father-in-law. Thank you! It wouldn't have been possible without your help!

Negative experience: Total Misrepresentation of an 'online purchased' Funeral Wreath and the actual item created and delivered by Mulqueens Florists Ennis, Co.Clare. This is in regards to a funeral wreath which was created by Mary Mulqueen at Mulqueens Florists Ennis (by her own admission), and supposed to represent the letter G at a cost of US$120.00. She aggressively defended her 'poorly created and mediocre quality' display consisting of six roses with limited florals/greens. Her total lack of customer service skills and empathy were appalling and she refused to acknowledge or accept any responsibility for her pathetic overpriced creation. I am one very disappointed patron and most certainly will not use them for any future floral requests. That being said I doubt if the owner really cares.
