Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with Florets. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and warm approach really stood out. Negative experience: I mean.. what's there to say.. You would think I got a bouquet last minute on sale.. Unfortunately, not the case. Ordered ahead of time and was promised fresh flowers. According to Yvonne these are "fresh". Bouquet was very poorly put together and looked awful for €140! Brought it back to have it remade. In fairness the new bouquet looked better, but same flowers were used, they just pinched the rotten petals off Called them out on it and was given a refund and told to never come back P.S picking off the petals of the roses is not changing then for fresh flowers. I am honestly not sure which is worse: lying about it or swapping out the old flowers with "fresh" ones that still look old! If you want to know what fresh roses look like I suggest visiting the other two florists in town and possibly asking for advise on how to store your roses so that they don't end up freezer burnt. The fact that the original bouguet was considered fresh by you and your staff is mortifying!

Fantastic experience: I can’t begin to explain how positive my experience was with all occasions Portlaois. Yvonne brought my vision to life and went above and beyond to create the most stunning flowers. I received SO many compliments with many people telling me they were the nicest flowers they’d ever seen. Yvonne displayed flowers in vases for each table in the venue which I could give to aunties / friends at the end of the night. Seeing her walk in with my bouquet was one of my favourite parts of the day. Forever grateful!

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the service and the approach to the customer. Never in my life encountered a situation where a shop assistant changed the price of a product in front of a customer to 100% higher. Shocked!!! I do not recommend this place, because you never know how much you will have to pay

Fantastic experience: I live overseas and arrange a delivery of flowers every year to my daughter and her family from All Occasions always by phone and they always look after it. Yesterday I had forgotten to arrange in advance of 14/02/25 so trying to call in the morning but they were understandably busy with orders and deliveries. I sent my request via email thinking only slim chance of reply. But Julie replied and said they would try their best to do if possible. Before end of the day they called me got the details and did the delivery. The effort from them was very much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Ordered a bouquet late at night for collection the following morning on route from Cork to Dublin. Got a call at 10am to confirm what time I needed to collect and the flowers were ready for me when I arrived. Not being local I could only base my expectations on the website and the arrangement I collected was even more impressive than I’d expected. Fabulous service and the recipient was thrilled with her flowers.

Negative experience: Ordered a bouquet and was very disappointed with what I got.Requested some pastel colours, just got pink chrysanthemums, pink gerbera and one or two pink carnations.Way too “pink”.I mentioned it to the staff member when I collected it that there were no roses, but she said I didn’t ask for a rose to be included.I didn’t realise I had to “ask” for a rose in a bouquet of flowers.Felt it was overpriced for mainly a bouquet of chrysanthemums..

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise Yvonne and her team highly enough for the way they helped us out. Myself and my mam in England received a phone call on Tuesday to advise us that a family member had passed away and his funeral was on Thursday. I really did not think it would be possible to arrange anything at such short notice, and bearing in mind the time of year, but in hope I phoned and spoke to Yvonne who was so kind and understanding and said she could do a wreath for us on Thursday morning and deliver in time for the funeral. Not only did Yvonne deliver on this promise but the quality and beauty of the wreath far exceeded our expectations. Thank you does not seem enough for how much it means to us but we are so grateful.

Fantastic experience: Always been happy with all past purchases. One of my orders was outside the delivery zone and they even organised flower delivery with a closer florist for me instead of letting the order fall through, such a great business!

The ladies are so helpful and when I mentioned I lived in Co Tipperary they put in flowers in water and gave me a pail to bring them home in. Outstanding service I look forward to many more visits!

Fantastic experience: Yvonne and her team did such an outstanding job for my wedding flowers! They were truly breathtaking and I couldn’t have dreamed of more beautiful bouquets/arrangements. After sending Yvonne my inspiration and meeting over video conference, she immediately understood my vision. My wedding was unique as it was planned from the states, however, I had no doubt that Yvonne would deliver beautiful flowers. She was a gem to work with and so kind throughout the whole process.
