Fantastic experience: Lamber is an absolutely incredible florist. He went above and beyond for us, and was a delight to work with. He helped plan the flowers and design for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding day at Waterford Castle, and we are so lucky to have found him. Flowers, and curating a vision for an event are clearly not just a job to him, but a passion. We are so happy to have chosen Lamber to help with our Wedding florals, and strongly recommend anyone looking for floral service use him and his team. I have heard from my friends that it is important to think of pinterest / instagram photos as inspiration, but to level your expectations for reality. Well, this absolutely did not apply to our experience - the flowers for both nights were a million times more beautiful, interesting, and amazing than any inspiration I put in the brief. We worked with Lamber to transform the same dining space into two completely different worlds (we hosted our rehearsal dinner in the same venue as our wedding reception). The room truly transformed. Lamber is truly one of the best people that I have ever worked with. If I lived in Ireland I would be using Lamber for all floral needs for the rest of my life, and I look forward to visiting his flower shop and purchasing arrangements on future trips to Ireland.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the flower arrangement I received. I placed an order two days ago, specifically requesting a seven-inch radius bouquet primarily composed of pink and red roses, with accents of other pink flowers and small white flowers, as well as a pot. The arrangement I received was nothing like what I ordered. Instead of the specified roses, I received a haphazard mix of flowers. The bouquet was not only poorly executed, but it also lacked the pot I paid for, arriving in a bag of water. Considering I spent €75, I expected a professionally prepared bouquet. It's frustrating that the order wasn't ready despite being placed in advance.

Fantastic experience: We couldn’t be happier with the incredible work of Lamber de Bie and his team for our wedding flowers at Kilkea Castle. From the moment we shared our vision, Lamber brought it to life with stunning, serene, and elegant designs that perfectly matched what we imagined. My hand wired wedding bouquet was absolutely perfect and the floral arrangements beautifully enhanced both our ceremony and ballroom. The table scapes were breathtaking, and the quality of the flowers was exceptional. We are so grateful to Lamber and his staff for their hard work and attention to detail, which helped make our day truly special. Negative experience: Complaint Regarding Employee Behavior - Mashi (Long Blond hair women). I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at Lamber de Bie Flowers on March 29, 2025. As a long-time customer who has always appreciated the quality of your flowers and service, I was disappointed by the rude behavior of one of your employees, Mashi. During my visit at approximately 7:50-8pm PM, I inquired about the price of certain roses and whether they had them in a brighter red color to match a bouquet I already had. Unfortunately, Mashi reacted in an unprofessional manner that was both rude and dismissive. Witnesses present can attest to her hysterical behavior as she tossed flowers around, which made my experience uncomfortable and disheartening. While I understand that everyone can have challenging days, I believe that customer service should remain a top priority, especially for regular customers like myself. I was trying my best to stay calm and purchased Roses that I was needed. Also I initially intended to get several more luxury flowers, but Mashi's demeanor led me to reconsider my decision and ultimately left me feeling unwelcome. This experience has prompted me to leave my first negative review, as I feel it is crucial to bring this matter to your attention. My husband and friends have been loyal customers, and it’s disheartening to think that we may need to seek alternatives unless this issue is addressed. I believe an apology from Mashi would be appropriate and may help restore my confidence in your store and safeguard the other customers from this unpleasant experience. Jane. P.S. I noticed I am unable to reply to your response to my review. I was disappointed to read your account of my visit, as it does not align with my experience. I would be grateful if you would consider reviewing your security camera footage from 29/03/25 at 7.50-8pm. To clarify, I did not ask Mashy to arrange or rearrange my existing bouquet. I simply asked if it would be alright to bring it into the shop while I selected additional flowers to complement its colors. Mashy's response was dismissive ("she doesn't care"), and her subsequent behavior was unexpectedly rude and unprofessional, which was witnessed by others. Despite this interaction, I proceeded with my purchase and remained patient and polite. While I appreciate your lovely shop and the friendliness of other staff members, I am concerned that such negative experiences could deter customers. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and review the situation. Jane

Fantastic experience: Lamber De Bie Waterford recently did the flowers for our wedding and to say we were blown away is an absolute understatement. I thought I had a pretty good idea of what kind of flowers I wanted when I first met Mashy however I am honestly not exaggerating when I say that what they created on the day of our wedding far and above exceeded anything I could have wished for. Everything they created was beyond magnificent. The flowers they used were so varied and beautiful while still following our chosen colour scheme. They were everything I could have ever wanted and so much more. However it was not just the flowers that left a lasting impression on us. From the moment I met Mashy she was a complete angel. She is so incredibly sweet, enthusiastic and kind with wonderful ideas. I contacted her several different times with different ideas/ changing seating plans etc and every single time I did she could not have possibly been more lovely and accommodating. She honestly goes out of her way to make you feel special. She made working with her a complete joy.
