Negative experience: Emailed them at the start of June asking if they could do the bouquets for my wedding, they came back to me and said they could but since they already have a wedding on that day I need to collect them which was completely fine with me, I told them that is fine and I can come collect whenever suits them, I asked about the pricing in the same email and been waiting since to hear back from them. One whole month was passed and they still didn't get back to me, I am one month away now from the wedding, customer service needs MAJOR improving, if you are not up to doing a job just say so and don't keep people waiting.

Fantastic experience: Ordered Flowers online for my Granny, and I have to say I was more than impressed. The bouquet was absolutely stunning I will definitely order again. Service is brilliant website is easy to use, and pictures are brilliant. I also rang for delivery time and staff were so nice and helpful couldn't recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: I've ordered a flower bouquet today for my grandmother's 84th anniversary. She is also great-grandmother of twins (toddlers). I ordered it online, from France where I live, and I am extremely happy that my order has been taken into consideration and the bouquet delivered today as I wished. My grandmother was so happy and amazed. The bouquet is very very beautiful, more beautiful even than the photo on the website, maybe the most beautiful I have ever seen. I thank you again and I will surely order again from JP Flowers. (On the billing address I put her daughter's name so as to make it simpler for the order and for the address and to make sure I don't do any error and that the gift goes right to her). Everyone commented on the bouquets, flowers at the wedding and remarked on how nice they were.
