Positive experience: This was for my purchase in January 2023. I appreciate the last minute help on getting this done for the bride. It was for my sister in law to be. It was just as pictured and what she wanted. So thank you for doing that for us. Fitted in with the vision and decor. All of that sadly was overshadowed by a comment that I don’t think you thought about at the time. You asked why they didn’t go back to India to get married, to which I said we don’t come from India and that we were born or either raised here from an infant age. To which the reply should have been sorry for assuming but the lady had a smug smile. Racism and a lack of thought on the comment is what left me feeling insulted. While I appreciated the service you had given and the last minute favour but I didn’t think that was appropriate at all to be met with a comment like that. Yup it’s 2025 and I should have said this earlier but better late than never. Hope no one else gets treated like this ever.

Your staff went the extra mile to check if the hospital ward my friend was in could receive flowers. When they discovered it would not be allowed they arranged for our note of encouragement to be delivered instead with a voucher to be used by our friend at a later date. Thank you for going the extra mile to ensure I was able to cheer our friend up and also give her a gift she could actually receive and enjoy.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend this florist enough! Ordered the most beautiful arrangement for the loss of a dear friend. The flowers looked exactly like they did on the website and included my request of an additional colour in my order. Being a Maori and losing a friend who was Tongan I ordered the Harakeke bouquet which had a lot of greenery and included a harakeke wrap as opposed to paper wrapping, this made it so much more special and personal - is such a great idea!! Flowers are not cheap these days but these were very reasonable and worth every dollar. Only ordered a medium which was very generous. Ordering for next day delivery from the UK was so easy and the staff are lovely and reply to all emails quickly. All the details were well taken care of including a lovely card as opposed to a business card size for my message and I’m so glad I looked them up. Thank you so much Forget Me Not! Xx
