Negative experience: Went in a day before Valentines gave them $100.00 and til them what I wanted. The next day nothing was delivered, I go back and they state oh well we forgot. How can you forget when someone comes in and puts 100.00 cash in your hand, you didn’t forget to take my money!!!

Negative experience: I am so disappointed ☹️ I placed an order for my uncles funeral that was supposed to be delivered today August 26th at 10am . At 10:45 I give them a call because we’re on a short time the viewing service and burial was only going to be 2 hours well they said they never saw my order and they don’t deliver to the address I provided. This is so wrong and unprofessional. They should have atleast let me know the day I placed the order not after the delivery time. This is my first and last time shopping with you guys. Thank god I atleast got a refund.

Fantastic experience: My mom passed away last week. I was on my way to Charlotte from Durham when I decided to stop and get flowers, as the funeral was in the morning the next day. I got excellent help beyond anything I expected. I explained what I needed as I'm of Indian decent and do funeral rituals differently. They knew exactly what I was talking about. Fantastic experience: I called Clemmons Florist Inc this morning and asked if they had a dozen pink roses for me to give my wife on our anniversary. Don was friendly and kind, and said they could have the flowers ready in an hour. I walked in the florist as the ladies were finishing the beautiful arrangement of light pink roses with a lot of baby's breath and other greenery. Typically, them not delivering on the intended day, which is very important because the day is the anniversary of my friend's father's passing. Fantastic experience: I had a complicated order and after trying on my own for days and visiting a shop in my local town without wire service I found Clemmons Florist. I wanted to send flowers to my mother-in-law and two of her neighbors for all their help. They live in condos two next door to each other and the third a building down. Everyone I talked to wanted to charge me for delivering to each address. One place even wanted to charge me per bouquet, after I decided to send all to the same address. When I called Clemmons and Sally answered; I hit the bouquet jackpot! I explained what I was trying to do and didn't want to be charged 3 delivery fees. Then Sally and I went on to figure out what I wanted. I had looked at so many on line, I sorta know what I wanted. I wanted simple bouquets with matching roses, carnations, and greenery. I gave Sally the name of an arrangement I liked from their website. I was able to order 3 arrangements with roses and carnations each of a different color, add cards, with one delivery fee. I was so excited. When I looked at my bill I notice 3 delivery fees. I simply called back and spoke to Sally and she is having the error corrected. I totally understood the error. Lastly, I would like to thank Sally for all of her time and having patience with me. Sally was so kind and helpful. I will turn to Clemmons for all my floral needs in Greensboro. My friend had been in the hospital for a couple of weeks and we called late in the week for a delivery before week’s end. After carefully taking the order and instructions, Don agreed to text me back a pic of the flowers. Within minutes my phone rang back for him to tell me that my friend couldn’t receive deliveries in the stepdown ICU- which I didn’t know. Nevertheless he would stay in touch, making the delivery as soon as she was moved. Within a couple hours I had confirmation that she received the flowers…and they were even more than I imagined! Just as important as the quality of the product, this man went over the top to make certain he sent a beautiful cheerful arrangement , while keeping me in the loop of its delivery. Thanks Don!
