Fantastic experience: They are so professional! Unbeknownst to me the funeral was pushed back to this Saturday and I didn't learn this until after the original service date had passed. I was hoping that the florist shop was aware. I got busy and forgot to follow up with the shop. They sent me a picture of the arrangement on last Saturday(the original date) and they just sent me another picture confirming for me that they were aware of the change. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Same day delivery is lovely within the area, and for clients that are outside their delivery zone, they have partner florists that do an equally lovely job and get the arrangement to them. Very easy to use online, and I love the pictures of the arrangements that they send so that I can see what the client received. Definitely a great partner for this particular service within the scope of my practice.

Fantastic experience: Breen’s is wonderful! We ordered several floral arrangements for my mother’s funeral. They were perfect! They personalized my flowers, letting me select specific colors, flower types and designs. They sent me a photo after they had been created and I was able to further modify it to my personal liking. I was so happy with everything, from start to finish. We selected an easel, two vases for the photo counter, several boutonnières, and a beautiful wrap around arrangement for the urn on the alter. They delivered to the church in a timely manner. Everyone commented on how beautiful the flowers were.

The day of delivery, they shared a photo of the beautiful plant they will be delivering. I appreciate them sending the photo. "It's the small things in life that are valuable." After several phone calls with no luck to other florist in the area, I call Breen's and Carol answered on the first ring. Carol was so helpful I really didn't want flowers I wanted a plant something that would last. Carol made her suggestion and I was happy with it. To go further we had it delivered but no one was home they brought it back to the shop, Carol communicated to tell me that they would hold the plant giving me time to get more information. The next day my CM said someone would be there but gave permission if not just leave on the porch. I explained to my CM that I have ordered a plant without flowers and the plant would be OK if it was left on the porch. Needless to say my CM gave me KUDOS for my decision. Thank you Breen's and Carol for making this last minute purchase a success. I have added Breen's to my contact list, they will be my go to for ordering flowers for the future. When they say first impressions are lasting, that’s so true. Well, their level of service just continued to increase. I provided a budget abs gave an idea of what I wanted and they out 2 beautiful arrangements together for me. The thing that knocked it our of the park for me was when I received a text of the arrangement before they were delivered. This has never happened in all the years I have sent flowers to family. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future!
