Fantastic experience: Definitely 5+ stars! I completed an online delivery as I live out of town. I knew Naly's was the place to order from in just reading the amazing reviews and seeing the beautiful flower options online. I'm so glad I decided on Naly's! Not only did they deliver absolutely beautiful flowers that were also pet friendly and cost-effective, they also worked with me to change delivery dates! I would hands-down order from them again!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about this little floral shop on the Northside of Madison. I met Naly about seven years ago when my father passed. She was amazing to work with. As the owner she took the time to sit with us and set up the floral arrangements for his funeral. Over the years she would arrange flowers every month and deliver them to my mother. It was moms highlight of each month. Naly's arrangements were beautiful and were different each month. On Birthday, mother's day and Christmas they were always extra special. Fast forward to this past weekend, we said goodbye to out mother. We went to see Naly and she was saddened to hear that mom had passed, we showed her the urn that was moms resting place and she said she knew exactly what to do, we left it up to her and I can't explain how I was blown away when I walked into the funeral home and saw the arrangements she had set up for us. I recommend that everyone give her little local shop a visit, and I believe you will fall in love with it as I have. Dan-O

Fantastic experience: They were great in letting us know there wasn’t a recipient at the hospital by the name we gave them. Turned out I had input the wrong first name. I called them back to let them know the correct they then rescheduled the delivery and got the job done quickly! Thank you!

Negative experience: I came here on reviews alone, and ordered a bouquet more than a week in advance. I said I wanted a very diverse colorful group of flowers that smelled really nice. None of the arrangements in the cooler were like what I had in mind, so I just tried to use those for size comparison. I tried to explain that I didn’t want monotone like the ones I saw there, especially not a lot of pink like most that were in the cooler. I thought I was heard, and was excited to pick them up on the day of the event. To my dismay, it looked overwhelmingly pink, even the wrapping, and didn’t include much that was fragrant. I asked if they could swap out a couple of the pink flowers (mostly big peonies) for something blue or something else to give it a little more color variety. They took it back and swapped out the only two that had a purplish color, with blue, leaving it all still mostly pink. I was short on time and left, but within minutes realized I was so disappointed that I didn’t even want to give it to the recipient for such an important occasion. So I turned around and went back and bought another $20 worth of flowers from the cooler- red, white, and yellow, figuring I’d pay even more to have some actual variety, even though I didn’t want a bigger bouquet, just more color. Then I was told they were too busy to add them (no customers were in the store). So I thought I’d just add them in myself because there wasn’t much other choice at that point. But after getting home I realized that cutting the ribbon holding it all together meant I’d have to go to a store to buy that, and I didn’t have time before the event. So I just gave the pink bouquet to the recipient along with the extra flowers on the side and explained why it was like that. It was all so disappointing not being able to give the recipient what I knew she would love. She dries special flowers, and the event was special, so I hoped this would be an arrangement she’d want to keep a long time. I should have just gone to Hyvee.

Fantastic experience: The picture doesn’t even do the bouquet justice. I inquired about what was able to be done with just a 48 turnaround time, including delivery, and it was executed perfectly. I paid for a “small” bouquet and it was one of the largest ones I’ve ever seen (coming from someone who has only gotten flowers from a local grocery store before this). I couldn’t be more satisfied or recommend them enough.

I couldn't choose between all their beautiful arrangements, so I ordered the "Designer's Choice in XS/S" online. My only request was they include a lot of color and tulips if they had any. Fantastic experience: I scheduled a delivery online before they were open. The website was very easy and it asked for all the pertinent details. You can pay by Credit card or Google Pay. I did not see a PayPal option. I selected and upgraded from Designer's Choice - Soft Pastels. It isn't the cheapest website but wow, you get what you pay for here. She could not stop saying how big the roses were. It was to be delivered the same day and it was delivered 5 hours later at 3 pm. (They open at 10). They were spot on professional on the delivery. You can tip as a line item or tip at the end, so be aware when you are on the website, there are two spots to tip and you can tip at the end. I got a stunning pastel bouquet in a cute matching pink pastel vase. I now can see why Naly's Floral Shop has so many five star ratings. I can't imagine you will be anything but perfectly satisfied using Naly's. I won't be going anywhere except Naly's for my floral needs in Madison. Thank you! Enjoy!!

Fantastic experience: I called Naly’s Floral Shop yesterday afternoon to order an arrangement for my sister-in-laws funeral service, which began at 10 am today. They did a terrific job, the arrangement was delivered at 9:04 am (I was sent an email) and it was there when we got there. We absolutely loved the arrangement, it was the most beautiful one at the service. Naly’s did a much better job than some of the “big name” florists in the Madison area, their arrangements weren’t nearly as nice as the one we ordered from Naly’s.
