You can extend the life of your quality flowers with just a few little things. Original: The team at Devault Floral really cares about their customers. I stopped in for some flowers for my home. Fantastic experience: This was my first time ordering flowers for a Lubbock delivery. I went online and after reading each ad, I chose Devault. I ordered the Designer’s Choice. The floral arrangement designed by Devault for my granddaughter was the most beautiful one I have ever ordered. Devault was having trouble getting in touch with her for delivery and called me for help! That was such a wonderful customer service touch. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than I received from Devault. The flowers were gorgeous.

Fantastic experience: My mother was admitted to Covenant hospital late in the day. I called Devault and they were able to get a beautiful arrangement over to her before 5 p.m. the same day. It contained gorgeous orange roses, a white hydrangea, some sunflowers, and other flowers. I was impressed and my mother was very touched. I highly recommend them!

Janine I think was her name was so helpful and had so many wonderful options. I received a email showing the arrangement that was delivered and I beyond pleased with the arrangement. Negative experience: Customer service while ordering was lovely and the flowers were delivered to Tech dorm on time. However, when placing the order, they immediately told me they like to do a “special” arrangement for dorm rooms because it’s taller and more slender and doesn’t take up much desk space in a dorm room, so I agreed. They asked if I wanted specific flowers, and I said no, but that I wanted it to be pink because my daughter’s room is pink and she just loves pink. I was told no problem, they would send a pink arrangement. She received a very sparse, mostly greenery, random-colored arrangement (that is quite large and not space saving, either.) While it’s pretty, it’s definitely not what I asked for, and I’m disappointed in it, especially since it cost so much. It looks rather cheap in my opinion, not worth $180. And I count only 3-4 pink flowers. I’ll likely try a different florist when I send flowers next time.

The staff went above and beyond to help me send flowers to someone in the hospital. Jeanine even took the time to call the hospital directly to confirm whether flowers could be delivered and is following up with the hospital so the flowers can be delivered as soon as the patient is moved to a regular room. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail mean so much. I highly recommend Devault Floral and will be using them again.
