Fantastic experience: My daughter and I came in looking for a simple bridal bouquet and matching boutoniere. She had some non-traditional ideas to include eucalyptus and no roses. The florists expanded on her ideas and the result was STUNNING. The bouquet photographed well and smelled divine. I would trust Elite with any floral needs. They listened and added their expertise to create beautiful floral pieces.

Fantastic experience: I had ordered a beautiful wreath of white flowers designed to go around an urn for my father's funeral. While the arrangement was gorgeous, the urn was a unique shape, and wound up being just a hair too big to comfortably fit in the center. Upon realizing this, the entire staff got involved in creating a thoughtful solution; one that I think ultimately looked even better than it would have had everything gone according to plan. While it was a bit of a nerve-wracking moment, I was truly impressed and appreciative of the way they all jumped in to help. Fantastic experience: Was very pleased with the floral arrangement and delivery for Mother's Day. I've worked at a few florists in the past and I now how insane the entire week surrounding Mother's Day can be. There were no hiccups with the delivery process and the arrangement was perhaps even a bit nicer than I had expected. I know that quality often can go downhill in floral arrangements during big floral holidays like Mother's Day and Valentine's Day. Not the case here.

Negative experience: I have always picked this place for whenever I needed flowers to sent to out. The last two times I placed an order was not even close to what they initially shows on the website. Today as we all celebrate Mother’s Day they delivered the flowers that I ordered two days ago not even close to what they have on the website and when I called them someone with name Madison told me they will sent the driver to pick up the flowers and they will refund me at 5PM,05/11/2025 where everything is pretty much closed. Horrible customer service. Here is the pictures of what they sent today vs what I initially ordered.

Negative experience: I thought picking this Florist with such good reviews was going to be great except that wasn't the case. They were told when the Memorial Service was going to be on Monday at 1pm till 3pm they dropped the flowers off 20 minutes after it already started. For the price of Flowers for a Funeral they should have been delivered way before the Service. It's already an upsetting time and then to have a majority of Flowers show up late is disgusting.
