Fantastic experience: Needed flowers for valentines day with short notice. During a very busy time for these folks they accommodated my request with the utmost of professionalism, courtesy, and kindness! Not my first visit there and definitely not my last. A huge thank you to you all!

Negative experience: Don't order anything from these scammers. I paid $380 for a fully upgraded flower set for Valentine's day. They usually come first thing in the morning when I ordered last time from them, but this time they didn't arrive so I called them and they told me they ran out of roses/flowers so there shipment went out late because the truck was delayed. No big deal, it came in the afternoon. I paid an extra $30 to "upgrade" to the top premium option for that set, and when it arrived it not only had the same amount of flowers in the image, (for instance the image has 5 roses in standard, mine only had 5 even though I paid to get more flowers) it was missing half of the flowers that were suppose to be included and was loaded with "assorted" greens. Additionally more then half the flowers it did have were not even bloomed/opened yet. Absolute rip off. I called and said it has exactly the same amount of flowers the photo has even though I paid more, and they said well we will just come take them back... On valentines day at the end of day. Obviously that is not a solution. Either drop off the flowers you forgot or tried to rip us off with, or refund the upgrade fees. It's pretty obvious they ran out of flowers, and they should have just called to inform us and sort a replacement or cancel the order. I rarely leave bad reviews, but the guy I talked to was rude and unwilling to offer any type of compromise. This was an easily fixable issue but by correcting the price to adjust to what they provided us, or even just giving us a credit on our next order and they were looking to be difficult. Hopefully this helps others not have a bad special occasion. I was able to order new flowers on uber eats, and I got a much nicer arrangement with over 2 dozen roses for 40% less then I paid here. I didn't bother to bring it back for a refund, they obviously need the money more then me.

From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the owners, SuEllen and Tom, to Mia taking my order, and finally Joe delivering everything to my daughter’s apartment near FGCU, the entire experience was exceptional. We purchased three different birthday arrangements, and I trusted their creativity to design something beautiful with pink and white flowers. They exceeded every expectation. The sunflower arrangement in the mason jar was perfect. The shorter pink silk arrangement is something she can keep and enjoy for a long time. On top of all that, the total cost for everything was very reasonable. Thank you, SuEllen and team, for making this such a wonderful experience!

Negative experience: Went there to get an estimate for wedding flowers and was told they would get back to us later in the day with the estimated cost, but never heard from them again. We discussed what we wanted and even sent them 3 photos of what we wished to have. They never got back to us or replied to any text messages. I do not recommend them at all.

Fantastic experience: I walked in to see if they had any premade bouquets. They had one that I liked, but I did not like the vase and basket that it was in. I spoke with a young lady about building something like that, but with a vase and taking out some items and adding a few. They had my vision and I trusted them to do the work and let me tell you, it was perfection. Delivery was exactly when they said it was gonna be and I could not be more happ. Suellen’s will always be my go to.

Negative experience: I had helped my young son to order flowers to be delivered to my wife at work for Valentine's Day. He was very excited for her to get them and he paid with his own money. The flowers never got delivered. I thought maybe I made a bonehead move and checked my account to make sure I paid correctly. Not only did I pay correctly and the money had come out of my account but the money has been refunded to me a couple of days later. I never received a call, email or anything about that my order has been cancelled. My son's is pretty bummed that the flowers he picked out for his mom was never delivered. It's understandable that Valentine's is a busy day for a florist, but we could have been notified that the order has been cancelled and so that other arrangements could be made.

Negative experience: My 90 year old parents purchased a plant ($100) for my birthday which was on the 11th of February. They paid for it approximately 2 weeks in advance and picked it up on the 10th. Leaves were wilting and falling off by the 11th and today, Feb 13th, I woke to one of the plants completely laying over due to root rot. I called, explained, and was told there was nothing they could do once it was out of the store and since it came from a supplier they have no control over the plant. Most places, to include grocery stores, warranty their plants and flowers for 7 days or more and order from suppliers too. I was expecting better with the ratings this place has online. Actually, ratings aside, I mistakenly thought they would take care of their customer. Very disappointing experience.

Negative experience: I paid over $100 dollars with delivery and taxes for what I thought would be a nice size floral arrangement which was pictured online and also spoke to a lady at the shop. I asked if it was a good size and she said yes she was so wrong the arrangement was very small and not enough flowers like the picture! Don’t waste your money with this flower shop it deceitful. The bottom pictures on left is what they sell online. The bottom right picture is what I got!! Horrible place

I tried to create my own bouquet and was not happy with it and last minute reached out to SuEllens for their expertise. They were able to create beautiful bouquets for me and my bridal party taking into consideration it was a week before my wedding and of course I wanted orchids. Negative experience: I called to order a bouquet of flowers for my Moms birthday. I live out of state and don’t see her often so surprising her with one of her favorite flowers on her special day was what I was after. I called and asked for yellow roses be incorporated into the bouquet, which was not a problem. She asked if I wanted the final Charge to be $100 or would I like to have the delivery fee added on. I said I’m ok if the final is around $130. I was charged $132 and some change…. It’s a fine bouquet, but I asked that it be based on YELLOW ROSES and that there not be daisies as the filler flower, certainly disappointed, there’s not a SINGLE ROSE let alone the color yellow. My mom doesn’t even like purples, yet it seems to be the base of the bouquet. Just sad, $132 and not a single rose or even close to the correct color.

Fantastic experience: Sent a birthday bouquet to my aunt who lives in Cape Coral for her 85 th birthday. It was gorgeous!!! Since I live in NC I had to go on her reviews which were wonderful and now I understand why. I am very very pleased !

Negative experience: Do not buy flowers from here. Flowers are cheap and the arrangements are poorly put together. My best ordered an arrangement for my birthday , she told them to put in festive colors. When i got it I called her and told her, I don’t know what you paid but you need to get your money back! She called and they said, “We will do better next time!” I told my friend next time give me the money and I will just go to the grocery store!! If I could give minus stars I would!

Negative experience: The arrangement delivered to my best friend for her birthday was pitiful. It looked more like a funeral arrangement. I tried to support a local business but think I could have done better with 1-800-Flowers. At least they would have given me a discount for the next order. When I called to share my disappointment their response was “I’ll make a note and we’ll do better next time.” There won’t be a next time. I don’t live in FL but lesson learned going forward is to ask florist for a photo of the arrangement before it is delivered. I’m sad that my friend was disappointed with the arrangement as well. I also expected more based on the amount paid. I emailed them photos from my friend and of course no response so far or any kind of amends. They might want to change their motto because it was not done right for me and I was not treated like family.

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience. I ordered an arrangement for my Mom's birthday and specifically asked for roses to be included in the bouquet. I was told it would be an additional charge which was a non-issue. When the flowers arrived, of course, no roses. When I called, they said they would do another arrangement but they wanted to exchange with previously delivered ones. This was not acceptable, as I said, it's my Mom's birthday, and she had plans to be out for the day. I asked for a credit om my credit card for only the rose portion of the bouquet which would equal $20. They refused. They would give me a $20 credit to use on a future order only. This is unacceptable as I will not be doing business with them in the future. There are plenty of other florists here in Cape Coral. I will do business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Tom & SuEllen were an absolute dream to work with. The flowers and arrangements were beautiful, but they were also so helpful! From recommendations to execution, they worked with us every step of the way when planning my son & daughter-in-law's small wedding. Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience with Mia and the team at Suellen’s. We ordered funeral arrangements and had to push the funeral back with less than 12 hours notice. They still made sure our arrangements were fresh and beautiful. With everything going on there was a slight lack of communication with the colors that would be used in the funeral dressing. I noticed the florist or the funeral home must have noticed this and they went out of their way to incorporate that color into the arrangements last minute. I appreciate them doing what they did to tie everything together. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. They are also relatively affordable and worked with our budget. Thank you!

Negative experience: Unfortunately had a bad customer service experience. Had to cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order (which had not even been processed) and was charged a cancellation fee that was higher then the credit card fees the floral company was charged thus the floral shop further profited above the fees charged them. Not a good business practice.

Negative experience: Delivered wrong color flowers and they were dying within forty eight hours. Called to complain and the manager, "Tom" wasn't especially helpful and didn't have the best attitude. First, they tried to blame it on our actions. Then he was said the color of the flowers wasn't guaranteed which was never communicated to me. Ultimately, he said I could get new ones but I would have to drive there to get them on a Saturday because they were too busy to deliver a new set. I wasn't able to come on Saturday and then when I called them back on Monday, they said it was too late. I wouldn't use them because I don't think the quality of the flowers is any good nor is their service. You might as well go to the grocery store and spend a lot less money.

Fantastic experience: My son, who lives in Ohio, called & ordered a big arrangement for my Birthday. They are stunning! Very fresh and so many in the vase! They came with instructions on how to keep them fresh too. The delivery driver (sorry I didn’t get his name) was SO SWEET and even told me to have a very happy birthday! The Carmel chocolates are delicious too. I would definitely call Suellen’s for any floral need!
