Fantastic experience: I can't sing enough praises for Rose Hill Flowers. I ordered online, midday, for a next day, Valentine's Day delivery, which I'm sure is probably their busiest day of the year. Not only did they accept my order, the flowers were delivered before 10am, Valentine's Day. Fantastic experience: The websites ease of use is unmatched. Every time I buy flowers for my mother I have them delivered to her assisted living facility. All her neighbors and the front desk continually compliment her on the flowers. Her facility now recommends your shop to out of town family's when they call and ask about local florists. I have also been very pleased when I have placed an order by phone the customer service is out of this world!

Positive experience: We have used Rose Hill for years and had a very disappointing experience this week. My husband ordered flowers to be delivered in a certain timeframe to be a surprise and specified that I had an allergy to lillies. The arrangement arrived early (spoiling surprise) and full of lillies. He drove it back to have the lillies replaced and instead of doing that, they just pulled them out and offered a $25 credit on his next order, leaving the very expensive arrangement looking sparse. It was terrible customer service. We’ll not be using them anymore.

Fantastic experience: I live in Florida and I needed to send flowers to someone in Nashville. I googled florists and Rose Hill caught my eye it had so many Great reviews. I ordered the Boot Bouquet because it was so Cute and the Florals were Gorgeous. Well .. needless to say .. when my friend received the Florals she texted Me and sent a photo and thought it was BEAUTIFUL and LOVED it was in a Boot vase. I even got a text the next day of the other side of the arrangement ..saying WOW! Look at this side ..the flowers are Gorgeous ! I’ve ordered Florals off websites before and the delivered product usually never lives up to the photo. But, THIS ONE DID !!! Soooo Happy that I chose Rose Hill Florist !!! Not too romantic, but also her favorite colors, a small arrangement due to size limitations, and to brighten her day. She absolutely loved them! Fantastic experience: I needed a last-minute birthday gift for my granddaughter , and found Rose Hill on the internet. In spite of the fact that it was 1:00 PM in Nashville, they were able to deliver the arrangement that same day. The flowers were gorgeous! Fantastic experience: Wonderful shop! Easy to order. I did in-store pickup but they do have delivery as well. They also gave me a box/stand for transportation. Staff is quick and friendly and gave me tips for when the additional buds begin to bloom. They also have a little section of pre-made bouquets in nice vases as well for any last minute needs. Will 10000% be back in the future.

Fantastic experience: I was placing an order from two states away; the person who took my order was patient, helpful, and very supportive; I knew what I wanted to spend, and there was no pressure or attempt to upsell. I received confirmation of order and delivery by email. The delivery was done right. When I talked to the shop, they were concerned about weather, as they do not leave flowers if there is bad weather predicted. They call in advance and make sure the delivery is received in good shape. The recipient was very pleased with the flowers. I will call them again if I need flowers delivered in this area. Original review: Great Florist fast professional delivery for Mother’s Day. Only one issue brought the rating down to three stars was the difference between what was online and what arrived. I specifically bought this because some of the plants on the website were not tropical and my mom could plant them in the garden. When it arrived only the English ivy was non tropical. I understand you have to substitute sometimes but please at least have similar types of plants. Still would recommend this florist. This is not your everyday dozen roses, which I still love but I liked the difference in it being more airy, spread out and tall. We are a single income family and this was a splurge for him to go to a florist and not grocery store. I called to let them know so maybe others wouldn’t buy those certain varieties. Miles (I think that’s who I talked to) has THE BEST customer service. He didn’t make me feel bad or anything. Instantly went into “fix it” mode. They were trying a new supplier and it obviously wasn’t as good as what they were used to. I did not expect him to schedule a free deliver of flowers on VALENTINES day. But they arrived and I was thrilled. Honestly, the customer service was better than the flowers. These flowers were healthier and much better quality and were very saturated in color!

Fantastic experience: I am so impressed with Rose Hill Flowers!! I had called a couple of other florists, but no one could take my order, and or they didn't deliver to Antioch. So I Googled and found Rose Hill Flowers. I called rather late in the day hoping to get a delivery by the end of the day. I didn't think it was possible with Valentine's Day just around the corner, but I explained it was for a little girl who just got out of the hospital. The name of gentleman helping me was River. He is FANTASTIC! Not only did he assure me he could get the delivery there in time, but also assisted with getting some awesome balloons and a Warmie. Fantastic experience: Came into Rose Hill for my granddaughters birthday. She picked out white roses so she could dye them blue. I also got her a beautiful sun catcher. So many beautiful gifts and arrangements to choose from. The gentleman helping us was so nice to us and I just wanted to say Thank-you for all the help making her birthday so special. We tried other florist first and was met with closed doors and too long voice-mail. Rose Hill was open and there for us.
