Positive experience: I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because the website hits you up for a 10%/15%/20%/(?) tip before you check out. How can you know if they deserve a tip before they even get the order? So you’re pressured to tip big so they don’t half-ass your order. Isn’t that extortion? Anyway, ordering was easy. They delivered at a good time of day so all the other ladies in the office could “oooh!” & “aaahhh!” at my wife’s flowers. I’m out of town so I haven’t seen them in person yet, but the pic my wife sent looks great. Bottom Line: she’s happy, so I’m happy.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, the arrangement we received didn't look anything like the image online. Some of the green foliage appeared to be damaged and chewed. The amount of flowers were much sparser than the image online. I don't think the arrangement we received was worth $160.

Fantastic experience: These folks are great! They were so very helpful when I needed to send a sympathy bouquet with cheerful colored blooms to a friend who had just been widowed. They also worked with me to find just the right bouquet that was within my budget. Finally, there was a slight snafu with the delivery address and their outstanding delivery lady figured it out and delivered the flowers to the correct address. My friend was delighted with the cheerful bouquet. Throughout the process, the ladies at Petal Pushers were friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend.

Instead of making me find out, they said "hold on a sec" and THEY called the delivery location (while I was on the phone too) and asked on my behalf so they could ensure the delivery was on time. Talk about next level customer service. They will be the "go-to" florist I use going foward.
