Fantastic experience: Island is the reason I decided to go with Willow Branch. I live in Missouri so not familiar with the Florist near Menifee. Willow Branch delivers to Menifee but there is an additional delivery fee. Thought about checking out other Florists but Island had been so sweet decided to go with Willow Branch. So happy I did!! The Arrangement is absolutely beautiful!! Willow Branch is very lucky to have Island representing them!!!

They used only perfect specimens of each flower and greenery. It was also Mother's day weekend so I am especially grateful for the fast delivery. The delivery person even had a separate box for me to safely transport the flowers home. I tried to count all the flowers, but I gave up. During the second delivery, there was an issue as there was no one available to receive the flowers. However, the delivery person handled the situation with professionalism, patience, and flexibility. She promptly contacted me to communicate the problem and ensured that everything was resolved and delivered as expected. I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided by both the delivery person and the florist. I will definitely be placing another order in the future.

They called within minutes of placing the order to kindly let us know that they can't deliver to an ICU but that they were more than happy to hold onto the order until the recipient was out of the ICU. Fantastic experience: I received my flowers from my husband on Valentine's Day and they were absolutely breath-taking. One of my favorite flowers is tge star gazer lily, so he had some of those included! They are so fragrant you can smell them when you open the door! It has been 1 week and they are still going strong with me just adding water as needed. The pictures I took are of the day I received them and just 2 days ago!

Fantastic experience: Willow Branch worked with me over the phone from a thousand miles away to create a perfect standing spray for my late nephew's memorial, taking one of their base arrangements and making suggested adjustments here and there the results of which could not have been closer to how I was envisioning it. Delivery was comfortably early and the driver texted me three photos from different angles so I could enjoy it as much as if I were there in person. I would absolutely trust Willow Branch Florist for all future floral services in the greater Riverside area.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely gorgeous! Our brother's Cross arrangement was beautiful! We needed a florist in this area because the florist we usually go to does not deliver to Norco. I searched and found Willow Branch. First of all, the name caught my attention. I called and spoke to Cheri. She was so friendly as I asked several questions and explained what we were looking for. She said I could send a picture which I did and we spoke again. Cheri said she would let Isla know we were going in the following day. My sisters & I arrived and Isla was ready for us. She took her time helping us design his floral arrangement. We wanted a cross made out of birchwood. Isla was so helpful! We decided on 8 Red roses for the 8 sisters with white Lillie's, snapdragons, and other white flowers & greenery with 2 banners. When we got to the church and saw what they made, we were extremely happy how beautiful it came out. Isla & Cheri you exceeded all our expectations. All my sisters and I thank you for bringing our vision to life and honoring our beloved brother. We highly recommend Willow Branch. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about this florist. My dear friend was in the hospital on Christmas Eve. They sent a beautiful arrangement. Due to a miscommunication with the hospital we later found out she could not receive the flowers. This florist went out of their way to call when she was transferred to another room and sent the most stunning second arrangement. Can I tell you how much joy that gave to my friend who was feeling pretty low. I cannot believe how much effort and care and I am so touched by their professionalism and above and beyond service when this was indeed not any of our faults but that of the hospital's communication with delivery.
