Negative experience: I loved the ability to order online and that Schroeders had same delivery day as an option. I placed an order online the evening before for flowers to be delivered the following day. The recipient did not receive them the following day. A call was made to recipient with no voicemail left so they weren’t aware that it was flower delivery. I understand wanting to make sure the flowers are beautiful upon delivery & therefore attempting to deliver directly to the recipient, but the weather was perfect for a porch drop off & this process not only created a huge hassle for me & the recipient, but delayed the flowers being delivered for THREE DAYS. Furthermore, they would not have been delivered on the 3rd day had I not contacted them via phone. The flowers were beautiful, but the element of surprise of the recipient receiving flowers was ruined.

Negative experience: Spent $100 there on Valentine’s Day trying to support small business only to find their manager frank (who doesn’t have a CDL) broke my taillight pulling a semi trailer in to restock for Valentine’s Day. Frank said they would take care of the taillight they have their own mechanic. After months of back and forth with Frank and the “mechanic” and voicemails from Frank saying they just need the make and model to get the parts and replace it. We got a call from an insurance agent with who deals with Schroeders which was surprising because Frank said they were having their own mechanic fix it. This agent claimed Frank said we brought him an estimate for $150 (this isn’t the 90’s and we never brought an estimate) and that’s why Frank agreed to fix it but then somehow the price changed and he no longer agreed (all made up).Then when the agent Jaylen asked Frank who was driving the commercial vehicle he said they didn’t even have a commercial driver on Valentine’s Day so there couldn’t have been a semi trailer loaded with flowers pulled in to restock that evening. That statement to his agent completely contradicts the voicemails I have from Frank that I will now be bringing to court to make sure my damages are covered. I don’t know anything about the owners of this store but the management is terrible, dishonest and not worthy of anyone’s Buisness.

Negative experience: I was disappointed when a Mother's Day arrangement that I ordered on May 7th for delivery on May 9th was not delivered until May 15th. I also had ordered a particular arrangement in a cute vase (which I am guessing was sold out by the time that they got around to my order) which was not what my mom received. When I called to ask about this, I was told that they were delivering orders that could not be delivered on Mother's Day. I have not ever had this happen and not have a florist call to tell me that they could not deliver the arrangement and then have it show up a week later. There was no acknowledgement that this was an error nor an apology. Basically, the person that I spoke with asked if that was it and when I expressed my disappointment, they rudely asked "what do you want a refund" to which I answered no but I would think that an apology would be in order. This whole situation was very disappointing.

Negative experience: They came to deliver but we were not home we called them as soon as we got home and they told us that they would be delivered in two hours, four hours later they still didn’t get here. We had to leave for church and then they came again when we were gone. We called again when we got home but they informed us we would have to pick them up when they charged for a delivery. We asked to have the delivery charge to be removed but they refused. Customer service isn’t very good .

Boy, is she right. I've now used Schroeder's twice for special occasions; once for flowers for my brother's funeral and, most recently, for my sister-in-law's mother's funeral. Both times the flower arrangements were stunning and the service was efficient, pleasant, and professional. When the occasion is important, you can't go wrong with Schroeder's.

Negative experience: Ordered flowers two weeks ago for my mother whose dog passed. I ordered the Teleflora portrait in purple bouquet. While the flowers were beautiful they were not at all what I ordered and something I could have gotten at the grocery store for less than half of the price. I tried 3 times to get in contact with them about this and got no response back. They say 100% satisfaction on the page and it is clearly false.
