Negative experience: I am absolutely disappointed with the DISGUSTING and DISGRACEFUL arrangement sent!!!! I had a family member look for the arrangement at the service. They took a pic and sent it to me. This "arrangement" was no more than a " Grocerv" arrangement for $10 stuck in a VERY small glass vase. You might have less than $15.00 of flowers and materials in this arrangement. I'm HORRIFIED that any manager would allow this EXTREMELY LOW QUALITY niece leave the store NFVFR AGAIN will I use your services!! I will also post on all my sites, that I have 1.3 million followers, about the HORRIFIC incident that occurred!!!
Fantastic experience: I had ordered a bouquet and balloon for someone who was in the hospital and I didn’t know that they don’t allow deliveries to ICU and Jessica and her crew went above and beyond to deliver when my friend moved rooms. Thank you so much and it made their day! Jessica thank you! I only use Peoples flowers always on point!
Thank you so much for this wonderful and heartfelt review, Berenice! We’re so glad Jessica and the team were able to go above and beyond to make sure your flowers and balloon reached your friend at just the right time. Knowing it made their day truly means everything to us.
Your continued trust and loyalty to People’s Flowers mean the world to our team. We’re honored to be your go-to florist and can’t wait to help you again soon for all of your future floral needs.

Negative experience: Place is crazy expensive. Used to be good but now it is outrageous. Just go to Abq wholesale on San Mateo. Save you time and money. 35 dollars for a bunch of leather leaf they can't sell is ridiculous. Just bought 100 bucks worth from Abq wholesale and made my own. Crazy times when a half dozen cost 70 bucks. That 3 times the mark up is really crazy!

Negative experience: Ordered flowers for funeral services and they weren't even close to what I had ordered. They did not give me a refund, the best they could do was give back the delivery charge. Very dissatisfied, after all they were for a funeral service.
Dear Lila,
We’re truly sorry for the disappointment you experienced and appreciate you taking the time to speak with us about your feedback. We understand how important it is that a sympathy arrangement reflects what was ordered, and we regret that the final design did not meet your expectations; especially for such a meaningful occasion. While the arrangement was filled to the full value you paid, we understand that value and visual expectation don’t always feel the same, and we’re sorry that this was your experience.
If you would like to discuss this further or allow us the opportunity to better understand your concerns, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We truly appreciate your feedback and again offer our sincere apologies.
Sincerely,
The Team at Peoples Flower Shops
