Negative experience: Designs are pedestrian at best.

Negative experience: Pretty presentation, however they just smooshed the flowers into packaging and when you unwrap them the flowers come apart. Roses falling off stem leaves broken etc. they also don’t put plant food with package. You would think if you’re paying $$ for flowers you’ll at least get plant food. Nope. Also rude customer service.

I dealt with Ghada the whole Time and she took over the wedding from A to Z. Skip the headache, Throwing a wedding is stressful specially when you have short period of time, when you hire a professional team like the team Ghada has, everything will be worth it. Both flowers turned out FANTASTIC! I didnt get a chance to see what my aunt ordered until the funeral. And I loved it so much I took it home, it was the exact type of flower my mom would have LOVED… got home and noticed it was the flower my aunt got from here! I am so so PLEASED. Negative experience: went in with the intention to make a purchase but was met with rudeness and unprofessional behavior. Instead of being treated with basic respect, I was told that selling to me would be a “favor” and was then refused service altogether. This is not how customers should be treated, and I would not recommend this business based on my experience.

Instead of providing clear and polite answers, the seller said he was “doing me a favor” by selling and then refused to sell to me altogether. This behavior was unprofessional and left me with a very negative impression. I do not recommend this business to anyone who values respectful customer service.

Negative experience: Disrespectful Service and Unprofessional Behavior I recently visited this shop to inquire about purchasing baby’s breath flowers. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The seller was very disrespectful and made me feel unwelcome simply for asking about the pricing. He even stated that he was doing me a favor by selling them and then said he would no longer sell to me. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I need 20 red balloons and was greeted immediately and received my balloons in perfect time. I’ll be back to get flowers for my wife next time.

Fantastic experience: I called several florist on yesterday in the downtown Detroit area and no one said they could do a next day delivery before 9am. Some did not open until 9am, others opened at 8am. But Gaddy's Florist opened at 9:30am and they accommodated my request of having flowers delivered before 9am to my grandmother who had to spend the beginning of her birthday in the hospital... I was overjoyed in the service they provided.

Negative experience: Unfortunately we had a very bad experience. Two children living abroad trying to surprise Mom with a fresh bouquet for Mother's Day. Yes, it sounds exciting and brings you to tears. it did not happened. On Mother's Day, the son got the cancellation of the order email from Gaddy's Florist (so the phone call to Mom was with notes of disappointments for bouquet that is cancelled) But furthermore to disappointment the son's credit card was charged to full amount of the cancelled order from the florist. We called to explain the situation. the calls was passed from one person to the others 2-3 times. We waited patiently, as been told for refund for 5-7 days. Called again after 2 weeks. And still got the same answer that "will be refunded for sure" Here we are almost a month after no refund and "the guy responsible for online orders" is not responding and they at the store "don't know anything" Don't order online from them. It seems like a bunch of liars that steal money. I'm adding, cause can't find a way to reply to Owner's respond You proving my point of you justifying and lying; you are only 1/2 hour away ( see picture of map). You choose not to deliver in our area. fare enough, don't accept orders, further more when cancelled why we got charged after the cancellation from you, furthermore why we are not yet refunded after one month when you say we will be refunded? Everything is a lie. I don't understand your justification, refund us. You never did any service to us. What to call you for to be 2-3 days on the answer msg. and to hear that we are wright and will get refunded? If you really mean it please do so.

Negative experience: It was the worst experience for me, and I still haven't gotten over it. She ruined my dream of having my wedding day look the way I wanted it with the decorations and flowers I wanted. Although I chose a flower decor that she had designed before and it was on her computer as a background, I chose it as is, but in reality everything was different and bad, and even the bride's bouquet was 100% different from what I asked her to do. I cried a lot at the hairdresser when they sent me the pictures, and even at the moment of the situation I didn't want to enter the wedding hall because of my disappointment. Even the decorative candles were out. I don't know what to say, but don't ruin your wedding day by choosing this place ever.

Ghada was very nice and welcoming when we first talked to her about the details and types of flowers I wanted, also explained any questions I had, and at the day of the wedding she texting me sending pics of my bouquet changing to how I wanted, and to be honest she suprised me a lot. We wanted the stage to be the attraction and be the most decorated place, the back of it looked gorgeous with the flower wall and curtains, our table was so amazing with the flowers on cascade, and my bouquet was so beautiful that I took pics of it all the week after the wedding. For sure she is the one I am going to flowers for now on. Amazing work.

She was very kind, accommodating, and appreciative of my business despite the rushed scenario that I presented. Ghada helped me out when I was in a bind due to my own poor planning.
