Negative experience: Delivers to wrong address, in the time I brought them inside. I go back up with my dogs they they return and just start banging on my door like the police. When I answer they are not nice about but act like I tried steal the flowers and wants them back, of course I gave them the flowers but was like your loud banging made my dogs have to be kenneled. Maybe dont knock like that.

Fantastic experience: what an amazing experience from start to finish! my husband went to get a corsage for daddy daughter date night, he was able to pull up the dress and build the corsage with one of the employees. after choosing what he wanted he paid, and left. came back 2 days later for pick up, and they had made the original one he wanted as well as a second one to decide from. the employee knew that it was for our four year old daughter, the flower my husband chose was bigger than he was expecting and would probably look weird on her small wrist. the second one was PERFECT, exactly what he designed but a smaller version and would fit our daughters wrist much better. they were transparent about the fact that it would be a cheaper option as well and they would give a refund for the difference if he chose the smaller one. my husband was blown away at the fact that they had been so thoughtful and mindful about who is wrist it would be going on. 10/10! thanks so much!!

Negative experience: My father in law ordered a sunflower bouquet with circus roses which are yellow with red rims. This was for his wifes memorial service. He paid over $200.00. When they delivered them he was upset because there were 3 sunflowers and the roses were coral. When he called they said that they could send a new one today. Who wants a new one after the memorial service is over. He called and they acted like he shouldn't have been upset, and said the person that took the order didn't write the color of the roses. Why wouldn't they call and check? This was very important to him and it didn't seem to bother them. No compassion. We will never use them again.

Negative experience: Awful experience. Supposed to have an appointment to pick out flowers on Wednesday the 3rd. First of all they had our appointment scheduled for Wednesday, September 11th (not a real date) and then the person who helps with wedding flowers isn’t even in? What a joke. Shout out to Bloom Wichita on 217 S Pattie. They’ll take care of you. 100+ years in business apparently doesn’t mean much when it comes to Tillies.

Positive experience: I went in early for a quote, which was WAY off, by over $200 for what I wanted. Which could’ve been a misunderstanding so take that as you will. But when I went in to pickup, I had to wait a while because they couldn’t find my order, and then I didn’t realize until I arrived at my venue later that they didn’t even give me all of the flowers. The ones I got were amazing, fresh and colorful. Just had a shotty experience with the shop.

Fantastic experience: Called from out of state to send flowers to a friend in Kansas. The young lady who answered the phone was kind and efficient. I wanted something a bit different and this shop carries these really cool color enhanced roses that no one else has! I gave her a price point and their designers worked their floral magic! More than impressed with what was sent to my friend. I received a picture back from her and WOW! Positive experience: Went here to get a graduation bouquet. Not what I expected for $50. Could have got something customized from Dillions for cheaper. In reality it was a $25-30 bouquet. Very plan, no wow features. I understand the nature of supporting small local businesses for I myself am one myself but I refuse to be taken advantage of. Although they do have some specialty items to shop for. Things you don't see everywhere. Prices reasonable.

We had record-breaking rain and floods, and I had accepted the fact that my same day delivery was not going to make it. Negative experience: My husband has bought me roses from here and each time they die within 3days. This last time for mothers day my son gave me roses from Dillons and they are still alive. The cost for the quality is absolutely ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: I looked up yelp reviews and chose Tillie's to send flowers to my relative after an accident. Amazingly fast delivery (less than two hours!) and the flowers look EXACTLY like the website photo. My relative loved them! I'm far away but will definitely choose Tillie's every time for Wichita flowers!

Negative experience: None of the roses and hardly any of the flowers have any scent. When I asked why, the girl at the counter looked at me as if I were stupid. She said it is because they commercially and genetically grow their flowers, and the people that grow them focus on other things besides the gene that gives a flower its scent. They purposefully do this to save money while we pay the same price. This is my wife and I’s anniversary, I thought I could count on Tillies to have roses that smell good, because that is what she likes. I’m never using Tillies again, especially this one. When I think of gardeners and florists I’ve known in the past, they were all about the quality of the flower; its looks, its scent, the longevity of it. Tillie’s is simply a Walmart for flowers. If you want to pay the same price and get less while the corporation makes more money, then by all means use them.

Negative experience: Terrible Customer Service & Unethical Business Practices!!! I ordered a specific grey and white panda Jellycat for my daughter as a reward for making honor roll—something she had been wanting for a long time. When the package arrived, it was not the panda I had ordered. Instead, they sent a slightly smaller, black and white panda that my daughter did not want. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the panda I originally ordered was out of stock, so they just sent whatever they had—without asking me first. Their excuse? A tiny disclaimer on their website saying they can substitute items if something is unavailable. How is that acceptable? A reputable company would reach out to the customer first to offer a refund or an alternative choice—not just assume what the customer wants. To make things worse, the panda they sent was of lesser value, but they falsely claimed it was of equal value. And to top it all off, when I returned the incorrect item, they charged me a $20 restocking fee—even though the mistake was entirely theirs. This company has zero regard for customer satisfaction and operates with deceptive policies. I would never buy from them again and would strongly warn others to stay away.

Fantastic experience: Ordered some flowers online to be delivered on Valentine's day. They followed up with a couple of emails verifying all the invoice and delivery details. On the day of delivery no one was home when the delivery person arrived which was my blunder. Also, I missed a call from the delivery person saying he would wait 10 minutes for me to return his call before leaving to his next delivery. It was several hours before I got around to checking my voicemail and then realized we missed the deliver. I was planning on stopping by their store to pick up the flowers, but later in the evening the door bell ring and to my surprise they made a 2nd attempt to deliver the flowers to my wife. I appreciate the excellent customer service and communication received from Tillie's Flower Shop.

Negative experience: Absolute nightmare to deal with , there seems to be no communication between delivery and the store. And the driver kept calling and calling and calling even though we left clear instructions that we would be unavailable and what to do in that scenario. Ruined our day

Fantastic experience: Simply excellent. I have entrusted Tillie's Flower Shop to with my anniversary and Valentine's Day gifts, and let me tell you, they haven't let me down. Both times, the bouquets were delivered right on schedule, but more importantly, the quality is unmatched. The arrangements from Tillie's stand out like a peacock in a flock of pigeons compared to other flower shops I've used in the past.

I phoned Tillies at 10:30, and they had a GORGEOUS arrangement delivered by 12:30. My friend was so touched, cried when she saw the flowers, and really felt how much we care for her by the beauty of this arrangement. I am so very impressed with not only the lovely flowers, but also the speed of service and the friendly, patient demeanor of the person attending my order over the phone. Via email, I received a receipt, followed by a confirmation that oulined exactly what I ordered as well as my of my card message and delivery details. We needed a floral arrangement for my mother’s burial and I wanted a childhood friend to make the arrangement, if possible. It so happens she works for Tillie’s! I spoke with associate Amber (I think was her name) several times over the phone about a special made floral arrangement. The arrangement was lovely and it arrived in a timely fashion (delivery man was very helpful). The price was also very, very reasonable. I highly recommend Tillie’s! Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers thru the mortuary website and I wanted them at the funeral home for the viewing on July 17th. They weren’t delivered due to a “technical error.” I cancelled that order and called Tillie’s 15 minutes before closing on the 17th and they had them at the church before 10 am on the 18th. It was the most beautiful arrangement and I am so very appreciative of Tillie’s and the hard they put into getting this done for me.
