Fantastic experience: Amy was amazingly sweet! My bouquet was made personally for me! I love it. They have a wide selection of peonies. This is the only shop in Killeen that has them as far as I know. And it was my birthday bouquet so I’m in love with it ☺️

Negative experience: My husband ordered their standard “Love is in the air “ package which cost approximately $200. As pictured on the website the package came with a bear , gift box, roses, and balloon . Per their substitution policy part of their products could be substituted for a different product of equal or higher value. What I received was a small bear , a brown paper bag, and flowers in a mason jar (I also didn’t receive the plant food). The substitution policy states that style and theme would be kept this was not the case. When I called to see if this situation could be rectified they only offered store credit ,which I didn’t feel comfortable with because of their misleading practices. I would not advise anyone spend their money with a business that doesn’t intend on providing services that have been paid for. Below I will provide what was ordered vs what was received . Edit: Mason jars are not a courtesy for a bouquet that costs $200. No we don’t want store credit from places that use misleading tactics. Mam what you did is a scam by definition, if you were to advertise the package as you sold it people would not order it. This was fraudulent and deceptive, and wouldn’t have been purchased if you actually advertised what you’re selling.

Fantastic experience: I love this shop, always fast and reliable! I used to go to HEB for flowers, but for the same price you always get more! Every time I come in I’m always greeted and helped trying to figure out which bouquet I want to get for my wife! They don’t miss anything from filler to the main flower. Today I was helped by Amy and she did her best trying to narrow down what exactly I wanted. Also the owner Ana is so kind and nice and is super chill.

Even if you don’t have an idea of what you want they will help you make your arrangement how you envisioned it. 5 stars from me because it’s just great service and it’s my favorite place to go buy flowers from. My man put me on with Divine Flowers because he used to order from here and surprise me all the time with the beautiful arrangements they helped him put together.

Fantastic experience: Everytime I go to get flowers, they have great service and the flowers are just amazing, my girlfriend always has a big smile when I get flowers from here and I recommend you do the same to make your woman just as happy.

Negative experience: I called them and they were extremely friendly on the phone. They told me to check out their Instagram and said if I found an arrangement I liked, they could recreate it. I requested white roses with green and silver ribbon and was quoted $50, which I was fine with. They required payment upfront when I placed the order. However, when I went to pick it up, it wasn’t roses—instead, it had two other types of white flowers that weren’t even bloomed yet, plus a lot of baby’s breath. When I asked about it, they said the person who took my order had just written “white flowers,” and if they’d known I wanted roses, they would’ve ordered them. I’m not saying don’t order from them, but I’d strongly recommend going in person instead of ordering over the phone to make sure you get exactly what you want.
