Positive experience: I ordered flowers for my girlfriend, who had just lost her mother. She loved yellow flowers, so I found a bouquet that fit that and were appropriate for sympathy, the Graceful Light Petite Accent Bouquet Product Code: GLAD-S25. When they arrived, however, they were all white. They ARE beautiful, so I still gave four out of five stars. I wish I knew that the flowers would be subbed out ahead of time, I would have chosen something specific like yellow roses instead.

Fantastic experience: I recently ordered a Lavender Remembrance arrangement for my Grandmothers funeral service. The picture on the website was very pretty but the picture did not do it justice. This was the most beautiful arrangement in person ! They did an amazing job!!

Negative experience: Delivery timing was great I had ordered a petite 8" breakfast table arrangement for a deceased child with mini roses, mini carnations in reds, whites, yellows, and baby's breath, about 8" in diameter maximum. This arrangement does not look like anything I ordered or wanted. I could have done better with a Wegmans catalog arrangement. Very disappointed.

Positive experience: Ordered flowers for Sunday calling hours. Delivery charge was $21.95 because it was a before 20 delivery and a $7.36 service charge on top! There were several arrangements going to the same place. Imagine their take on these orders. Delivery charge is crazy and what is the $7.36 for! Won’t order from them again!!

Fantastic experience: I went with Rockcastle for my May 2025 wedding (2 bouquets, 2 arrangements, loose stems, and 4 boutonnières) and everything was exactly what I asked for and exceeded my expectations! Negative experience: This is my first and last time using Rockcastle Florist. Paid $147.90 for Mothers Day flowers to be delivered Mothers Day May 11th. Today is the Morning of May 16th and this is what my mom text me; “ I loved my flowers but don’t order from them again-had to throw them out this morning. Just wanted you to know. Thanks so much for thinking of me!” Will never order from Rockcastle Florist again in Canindaguia, NY. This photo was taken right after delivery. You can already see some of the flowers drooping and dying. All the other florists I have used in the past flowers lasted a good 2 weeks and my mom loves her flowers.

Today, on Valentines Day (probably their busiest day of the season) the delivery driver (Bill) was unable to deliver a gift because the recipient was not home. Fantastic experience: They did a great job making a beautiful plant bowl for my college students birthday. The plants are all looked very healthy and lush, and the overall arrangement was gorgeous.They were very conscientious about contacting me to make sure the address was correct, as the dorm address made it a little more complicated. The additional chocolates were very tasty, and appreciated by a college student on their first birthday away from home.
