Fantastic experience: Alaine provided outstanding customer service and kept me updated every step of the way from the bouquet’s creation to its delivery. The delivery driver was also excellent and sweet, making the entire experience seamless and pleasant.

Fantastic experience: In my search for a local florist that I can depend on for quality and consistency, I decided to give Big Bud’s a try. I requested carnations and cat safe flowers. My order did not include carnations and it even had lilies which are very unsafe for cats! After letting the business know, one of the owners immediately took the time to find out what happened and even made it right on the same day. It sounded like she truly cared to make it right and that makes me comfortable to order from Big Bud’s again in the future.

Negative experience: I ordered flowers for valentine's day two weeks in advance. I paid extra for the better bouquet. What I ordered vs what was delivered

Negative experience: The owner had no sympathy and he was completely rude. The girl over the phone is pretty nice, did the best she can to help.

Negative experience: Charged $150 for a terrible arrangement which looked like a child put it together. They promised to have it delivered to my daughter at her school by a certain time. Due to “some confusion” on their end they failed to deliver it to her school and I’m not even sure where they are. It broke an 8 year father/daughter tradition which broke my heart. When I spoke to the owner, he cursed at me and said “dude, it happens, get over it.” Don’t believe their lies, they only care about getting your money in hand and once they have it, their promises become void. Completely heartless. So I paid $150 for my daughter to not get any flowers for valentines.

Fantastic experience: I used Big Bud’s Florist for the first time today. I called this morning needing to get an arrangement sent to my sister for her birthday. They were very courteous and went above and beyond to make sure I had same day delivery. They sent me a photo of the arrangement and let me know it had been delivered as well. The arrangement was beautiful! I love they were a family owned business. And they also offer massages and have their own candle line. I’m thankful for stumbling across this company. I highly recommend them. They are amazing! I will not use anyone but them in the future! Thanks guys for such awesome service.

Negative experience: I live out of state and ordered a bouquet via FTD and Big Buds fulfilled the order. I've never been so disappointed !!! The bouquet was half the size it should have been. I called and the person spent several minutes "educating" me on why it wasn't their fault. They shouldn't be signed up with FTD if they aren't willing to fulfill the orders the way they are placed. Do not recommend.

I did a lot of research before choosing Big Bud’s to send an arrangement to a dear friend recovering from surgery.. The owner of Big Bud’s worked with me in such a personal and kind way. She asked all the right questions and helped me choose exceptional looking orchids. She made sure they were gorgeous, and they truly were! They also delivered it the same day! This isn’t a florist that sends those ugly bouquets that make you feel embarrassed because you picked them out online and what was sent was an abysmal copy of the picture. Fantastic experience: By far the best experience I’ve ever had with a florist! I hate dealing with the call centers who outsource your order to a florist. I called one Saturday, went through the whole process to order and at the end was told my order was canceled because the florist couldn’t deliver. I spent 40 min trying to order. I started searching for florists in McKinney. All I wanted was to talk to the actual florist who would be taking care of my order. Well I found Big Buds Florist and I’m so glad I did! The women who answered the phone was super nice. Listened to me and told me they could help. Even though they were in the middle of moving locations. I told her I needed my ordered delivered to a restaurant at a certain time and she said no problem! When she delivered the flowers she snapped a pic of my niece with the flowers and sent to me. She personally waited there until the birthday girl arrived at the restaurant so she could deliver them to her herself. I felt so bad we couldn’t be there, she wanted to make sure my niece knew that. The arrangement was beautiful! She even gave my niece a ‘how to care’ instructions for the flowers. So she could make them last longer. From the customer service to the beautiful arrangement, Big Bud’s was the BEST!! THANK YOU BIG BUDS’S FLORIST!!!!

Fantastic experience: I messed up and ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day through Teleflora. I ordered them like 2 1/2 weeks before the day and even paid a $15 extra charge to have them delivered by 1pm on Valentine's Day. They didn't arrive until 9pm and what arrived were half dead, terrible looking flowers that really made me feel horrible about my choice. I was able to get a full refund from them, thankfully, and found Big Bud's Florist not even 15 minutes away from us. I called the number after 11pm (since Google said they are open 24/7) and I got an answer from the owner and spoke to her for a bit. I could tell right away that Big Bud's goes above and beyond with the way she was talking about their experience for Valentine's Day, and they OVER ordered flowers purposely for the holiday, which is the exact opposite of what the florist that delivered from teleflora did! I ordered a beautiful arrangement of roses and they were delivered the day after and showed up looking very fresh and beautiful. I redeemed myself, thanks to this wonderful florist! And they even waited at the door to hand the flowers to me when I answered which I thought was really nice! This is my new go-to florist for all my flower needs and should be yours too! The owners go above and beyond and really care about the customers they serve!

They called and let me know that my delivery would be about an hour late but ensured there was proactive communication, which in this day and time that’s so important. Fantastic experience: Alaine took my order. I ordered pink roses for my granddaughter because she gave birth to my first great grandchild a girl on my birthday. We chatted like old friends. I'm in the Houston area. I ask her. "Will you send what I order or make some substitute?" I've had that happen to me before. She assured me what I ordered would be sent. And that they take a picture of the arrangement and send it to the customer. Alaine went a step further, she took a picture of my granddaughter holding the rose bouquet and my great granddaughter. THATS ABOVE AND BEYOUND SERVICE.
