I'd happily purchased a few arrangements and orchids (they have GREAT orchids!) from them before, then I bought a lovely centerpiece bouquet last Christmas. The roses never bloomed and I was super bummed. I called them to see what was up, they immediately apologized, and said my next flowers were free. I called today, and not only did they give me a lovely bouquet (check out the pic), they made it bigger than the one I originally bought. And you know, the staff were (and always ARE) SUPER nice!! Plus I like their variety and their arrangements. Seriously a great group of people. WOOHOO!!

Knowing it was close to Christmas I wasn't sure it would be possible for same day delivery given I was calling at 2:30pm. They had no problem getting the order together and delivered for me. With a smile! The delivery driver was great. The flowers were beautiful - they weren't just "thrown together" to get the delivery out. Definitely earned a repeat customer for years to come! 4 months ago Fantastic experience: The day before Thanksgiving, I called Jennie’s on a little sunflower mission ✨. One of my favorite holiday traditions is giving extra-special treats to my very spoiled adopted critters—and this year that included my two free-roaming rabbits plus a foster bunny from the SPCA. I asked for three sunflowers and explained they were just for my rabbits, so perfection wasn’t required. When I came to pick them up, Jennie’s surprised me with five sunflowers for the price of three, adding two extra just because they weren’t “picture-perfect” for a bouquet. I was completely melted. Almost cried. All five sunflowers were joyfully devoured by three extremely grateful bunnies, and I left with the warmest reminder that kindness still blooms in this world. Thank you, Jennie’s, for your generosity, your heart, and for sprinkling a little magic into our Thanksgiving. ✨

Terry H initially helped me with all the details of sending flowers for a loved one's funeral; Nicole helped me "tweek" the design of the arrangement to my complete satisfaction. The emails that were sent to me to show the finished arrangement as well as the delivery information was more than I was expecting (perhaps this is normal protocol but it was new to me). The overall customer service by Terry and Nicole was absolutely the best. I would highly recommend this local florist. (Note I felt it was a better experience to talk to someone locally rather than order something online.) Last, I received a message from the family that I was sending the arrangement to and they said it was beautiful, and it gave them joy. What more could I ask for? 1 year ago Fantastic experience: We ordered a bunch of individual stemmed roses from them. They delivered everything correctly on time. There were still a few thorns left on some roses, but we managed.

1 year ago Positive experience: I placed an order this morning before the store even opened online for a bouquet in a vase of peonie flowers total ended up coming out to $160 ordered for pick up at 11 AM. Drove 30 minutes all for them to tell me they don’t know why the website let me put in the order But they couldn’t fulfill it because they didn’t have any in .but they knew that the order was placed. Asked me if I would like something else if I wanted something else I wouldn’t have paid $160 for a bouquet of flowers. So I asked for a refund and they told me because of my payment method Apple Pay I would have to wait. My question is it is very unprofessional if they knew my order was placed and that they could not fulfill it. I do have my phone set to silent unknown callers so they couldn’t have contacted me that way but when that failed Why would they not email me. To let me know so I didn’t drive 30 minutes there. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are very unprofessional. Happy to take your money Order. I edited this review, not realizing they couldn’t contact me by phone

We've been trying to call you at the phone number provided with the order, and tried calling shortly after we received the order to let you know we didn’t have peonies in stock. However, we haven't been able to connect, and we are concerned we may have the wrong number. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so that we can look into this glitch and try to make things right. We have reached out to our website provider to understand why it let you order an item that we had marked out of stock and unavailable. We have initiated a refund for you for Apple Pay, but once we do that it depends on Apple and your issuing bank when you could receive the funds - it can take up to 5 business days. We wish we had control over this aspect, but only card companies and the issuing banks can control the speed of the refund showing back in your account. We would like to look into this matter further to make sure we investigate thoroughly and take the appropriate actions to improve things. Our company is dedicated to providing an outstanding experience to every customer, so your review is very disheartening. We hope to hear from you soon so we can learn more about your order and the details to improve this situation.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: Gosh, great customer service! We live in Tennessee. I seen their website first, we ordered a large peace lily to our niece and her husband that his mom passed away. They sent us a picture of the plant, definitely large. If you’re out of state, I would HIGHLY recommend this florist!
