Fantastic experience: This was one of the most gorgeous arrangements I have ever received. My last interaction with Piccolos was Thanksgiving. I was gifted a centerpiece arrangement . I called to discuss care because the roses never opened. Piccolos made it right and sent another. Fantastic experience: Piccolo's Flowers did an amazing job on a flower bouquet for my wife on Valentine's Day! Negative experience: I’m leaving 2 stars because while the planter looked beautiful, it was assembled in a way that made proper watering impossible. I received a planter of five phalaenopsis orchids on December 4th. By December 26th, three of the plants were drooping badly as if they needed water, even though I watered the planter on the same schedule as my other orchids. When I checked the base, I discovered those three orchids had been left in their individual pots inside the larger planter under the moss, so they weren’t actually receiving water when the planter was watered. I had to dismantle the entire thing so each plant could be properly watered. When someone spends that much money on a gift, the recipient should receive an arrangement that can thrive—not something that needs to be taken apart just to keep the plants healthy.

While we’re glad to hear the planter was beautiful, we completely understand how disappointing it is to discover that it was assembled in a way that made proper care difficult. That should never have been the case.

When someone receives a gift of this value, it should be designed not only to look beautiful but also to thrive with normal care. We sincerely apologize that you had to dismantle the arrangement just to keep the orchids healthy; that is not the experience we want for any recipient.

Negative experience: Worst flowers I’ve ever received. Vase was cracked and leaking and there was a plastic bag over it smashing the whole thing down. It looked like a bunch of weeds thrown in a broken glass square.

Fantastic experience: My sister recently had open heart surgery and received several beautiful arrangements from Piccolo's. The flowers were all high quality, beautiful and long lasting!! They focus on the details, quality filler flowers down to wrapping the inside of the vase with a large leaf so you don't see all of the stems. Will buy all of my flowers from them going forward.

Fantastic experience: I'm in my Miley Cyrus era and made my first visit to get myself an early birthday bouquet. Amanda was so awesome! In what felt like less than 30 minutes, she helped me come up with a beautiful (and affordable!) pet friendly bouquet. Fantastic experience: I was coming back from a fishing trip on Mother’s Day and was running late. Piccolos flowers delivered flowers on very short notice to the restaurant I was meeting my wife and mother in law at and saved me from getting flogged. Negative experience: Called to place an order for Mother’s Day. Dealt with a frankly horrible man who was completely uninterested in placing the order, so I decided to buy a more beautiful bouquet than Piccolo’s can even create from Matilde in the Old Market (highly recommended).

Negative experience: I went in a couple weeks ago for 2 corsages and 2 boutonnières for 4/12 at 12 PM. The information was taken by someone who was a a designer, not customer service. When I went in to pick them up they only had 1 corsage. I am not understanding how this even happened if they wrote the information on the same post it note under the same name. So I had to delay everything else we had to do to wait for them to make the 2 boutonnières and the second corsage. 20 minutes is not long but when you have things scheduled, it is a long time to have to wait for them to fix their error. The customer service part of the experience was not there at all.

Fantastic experience: My sister was in the hospital with RSV. I knew flowers would brighten her spirits. I decided to choose Piccolo's due to the wide array of floral arrangements. Negative experience: Went to meet here for wedding florals, and the woman who met with us was very unfriendly, unprofessional, wasn’t acting like she wanted to be there. Didn’t even introduce herself. And when I asked about fake florals for some of the decor, she acted judgmental. Needless to say, I did not end up doing my florals here. I hope others have a better experience than I, but the social interaction completely turned me away from this place.

Fantastic experience: Far exceeded my expectations. Ordered two arrangements for my mother's visitation and they were able to deliver the day after Christmas on short notice and prior to the start time of the event. I would highly recommend. (Not the best picture of the arrangements as a few were damaged on transport from the funeral home back to my house. They were pristine when delivered to the funeral home.) Negative experience: If I could I would give them a zero star. I order an arrangement and when I got to the store they have something totally different. The stuff very rude and they have the audacity to get mad at me and roll their eyes at me when I ask for a refund.

Negative experience: Their delivery drivers are going to get someone killed. I'm a local resident and they fly down residential streets at 50mph on a regular basis with no regard for traffic, pedestrians, or children occupying roads, as there are no sidewalks in the vicinity. Crack down on your driver's before it costs you thousands, or someone's life!

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience. Chose Piccolo’s to do the flowers for my wedding as they did my SIL and MIL’s weddings and was very disappointed in my experience. After the final meeting to choose arrangements, I was so excited, what we came up with was beautiful. I chose the vases, the arrangements for all the tables, it was going to be perfect. Then comes my wedding day and I show up to my reception, none of the vases I chose were used, the arrangements were completely different than the pictures I was shown and the kicker of it all, they didn’t do the head table AT ALL. They left it completely bare. I was and still am devastated over it. I look at my wedding photos and am instantly taken back to the feeling of disappointment I had seeing my reception for the first time. My MIL called them to get them to bring the correct arrangements and they said they couldn’t help us, it was a disaster. They did not try and help or correct the situation and did not offer any sort of compensation for the hack job they did. Piccolo’s had been our family florist for nearly 30 years but after this experience my sisters have all chosen different florist for their pending weddings.

Fantastic experience: I'm so in aw of this bouquet, I paid online and asked for a bouquet for a friend that's having a concert recital thing and specifically that I wanted Blue Hydrangeas and mostly blue flowers with white accents. AND WHEN I TELL YOU SHE NAILED IT I mean when I saw this bouquet my jaw dropped. Positive experience: Ordered a set of flowers for around $60 and they were beautiful! My only complaint is the card was typed incorrectly. The web receipt shows that I had given the correct date to be put on there. However, the date was incorrect on the card. It was supposed to be a pregnancy announcement so the date is very important! Would just recommend they take a little longer looking at the message on the card.

Fantastic experience: Piccolo’s provides reliably fresh, healthy flowers. I tried going to other vendors, but had multiple experiences of flowers going bad in three days. I have not had that issue with Piccolo’s in the entire time I have used their services—over ten years now.

Negative experience: Got a home surprise delivery, for Valentine's day. Nice. Except the plastic cover that the dozen beautiful pink roses/vase came in was very wet and messy inside, half the water was gone and the card was missing, and one of the head of roses is missing. 11/12, just the stem sticking in the vase. Seriously? Also the paper bag that little doggy (which to my fiance says it was supposed to be "large") plus a small box of chocolates came in, it was torn at the bottom. Not a good first impression. Sorry. Supposedly getting a new set of dozen roses with the card this time to be delivered to me tomorrow. Kinda defeats the purpose for Valentine day, just saying. ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: absolutely amazing customer service, delivered beautiful flowers on valentine’s day! I ordered them from canada to Omaha and they were so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. and the flowers were ACTUALLY nice even though they were for valentine’s day, it wasn’t like some other shops that just give small bouquets because of the demand for flowers at this time of the year. Will be using them again!!

Negative experience: I placed an order to be delivered by end of day for the viewing or prior to the funeral at 10am the next morning. I got a call after 9am THE NEXT DAY (less than an hour before the funeral) informing me my order could not be completed as requested but I could choose to have something delivered to a home address sometime in the following days. Not even a sincere apology

Fantastic experience: Service was excellent, they’ve went above and beyond for my flower arrangement/delivery. I had confirmation that my arrangement had been delivered but the patient at the hospital never received it, I called Piccolo’s, spoke to Mike and he made sure to send another arrangement and that she received it in a timely manner.

Fantastic experience: My sister had a baby yesterday and I am several states away. This is her first child and they struggled to conceive. I am unable to be there to celebrate her and my baby nephew. I thought sending flowers was the next best thing. I ordered these today and they were delivered today. I purchased the standard option and it came out beautifully. I appreciate this so much! Negative experience: Absolutely a terrible experience ordered flowers had to call 3 times to see if delivered. As of 3 days later not sure if they were delivered. Tomorrow will cancel order and go with another service. A call would have been nice saying they couldn’t deliver.

Negative experience: I ordered the one dozen birthday roses from here and I only had 11. I had emailed them with no response then I had called them. They told me that I would have to talk to the manager about resolving the issue. Waited a couple days again with no response, called again and was given the same answer also with no response. Seems as if customer service is not their strong suit. I will not be ordering from here again.

Fantastic experience: I called after my dear friend hadn't received her flowers. The man at Piccolos verified they had been delivered and called the hospital to locate them. Within minutes she had her flower's. I didn't realize that she was in ICU and couldn't receive them. You went above and beyond for me and Jean and we thank you. It deeply saddens me to say that Jean went to Jesus Saturday morning . She loved the flowers.

Fantastic experience: I ordered a birthday bouquet for my sister here in town for her birthday. As a last minute surprise I was not expecting it to be so easy. Their website made it simple to navigate, set a delivery date and I could even add some extras like a balloon or stuffed animals. Within a few hours of paying for my order of flowers and a stuffed animal were delivered to sis's doorstep. There was a hiccup with the delivery but it was easily sorted out and I was impressed that the staff had no hesitation with making sure my order arrived with less than 10 minutes from a couple calls to sort it out, they arrived. To boot, my sister loved her gifts!! As easy as Piccolo's made it, I will definitely order flowers more often.

Fantastic experience: I live in Florida and wanted to get some flowers for my sister. I believe in shopping local and after reading the reviews on this florist I chose them not knowing if they delivered to her address. Fantastic experience: Always the best! I have purchased multiple floral arrangements for loved ones and they are always beautiful! They are so quick to be delivered as well. Piccolo’s has been my go to florist for several years and will continue to be . I recently tried another local company since it was closer to my house and wasn’t impressed with the arrangements and the flowers didn’t last as long.
