Fantastic experience: Stadium flowers is the best! I bought the dozens and dozens of roses from them and could not be happier. Will definitely be getting all of my flowers from them from now on. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: I had a very upsetting experience with this business, actually one of their delivery drivers. The driver, an older gray haired woman delivered flowers to one of the apartments, where I live and she decided to park in the middle of the parking lot. She had seen me just unloading my groceries and I was trying to pull into my parking spot, but I couldn't, because she was right behind me, blocking my way. I knew which apartment she went, as she asked direction, so I went to find her and told her she needs to move her van. She completely ignored me, she took her time and kept chatting with the tenant where she delivered the flowers. This is unbelievable rude behavior, she had plenty of empty parking spots where she could park, but she decided park in the middle of the road.

Fantastic experience: First time ordering from Stadium Flowers. Did so the day before the busiest day of the year. Made a mistake on my wife’s work address, as the hospital has several. Emailed the SF at the beginning of Valentines to make the correction, and was promptly replied and was told they had updated the address. Wife loved the flowers, and I am super impressed with the customer service, experience, and flowers. Truly, thank you.

Fantastic experience: Working with Holly in designing the floral arrangements for my son and daughter-in-law’s New Year’s Eve wedding parties was a blessing. I walked in on December18th without an appointment and had no idea what I wanted. Holly was able to steer me in the best direction. The arrangements Stadium Flowers’ designers created with Holly’s instructions were strikingly beautiful and smelled lovely. As you can imagine, December is a VERY busy time for them. I apologize to Holly for coming in so close to my event and entirely unprepared. Holly was kind, patient, creative and fun to work with. Thank you, Holly and Stadium Flowers!

Fantastic experience: I have ordered 3 items from Stadium Flowers, Lynnwood, WA. They were recommended to me after the flower shop I originally ordered from notified me the day before the event they couldn't do the order. The first 2 were rosary flowers for my dads and cousins celebration of life. The staff was helpful and pleasant to work with. They were able to fill the order even though the event was happening the next day. They were beautifully made and worth the cost. I recently ordered flowers for my mom from my dad for their anniversary. They were beautiful. I highly recommend using them. They will make your bouquets beautiful and put a smile on the person's face receiving it. Plus they go above and beyond to help anyone with fulfilling their needs.

Fantastic experience: We absolutely loved our experience with Stadium Flowers! After reaching out for a quote, I heard back in two weeks with an entire layout of ideas with photos and prices. They were super accommodating with me changing my mind quite a few times throughout the planning process, always quick to respond. We chose to pick up the flowers from their location in Everett which took off about $200 of the total price and was a super easy process. The florals were even more beautiful than we imagined! Positive experience: Im so disappointed with the last flower arrangement I recieved.... i usually will have a few flowers that seem to be dying or withering and for the most part cannot complain.. but this last arrangement i got had so many flowers that were already withering and the next day completely dead. The hydrangeas started browning and the roses started losing their petals.... a lot of the greenery was already dry and withered... they put no effort in this arrangement.... 7/24: update to my last review. Stadium flowers reached out and replaced my flowers. I got the new ones and the flowers definitely look a lot more healthier than the previous floral arrangement. They also included a card that definitely made me feel much better about my concern. My family and I have been loyal customers to stadium flowers and with this more recent order concern, I feel confident to know that they are willing to replace to meet customer satisfaction. I appreciate them and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Fantastic experience: Stadium Flowers has gorgeous flowers whether living plants or arrangements. Delivery is easy and I love being able to brighten my loved ones' lives on special occasions. They deliver to a broad area which is convenient. The reward points are a nice extra. The live plants have been well cared for and or prolific in their new homes. One time they did forget to blow up the balloon in the delivery but they promptly did come back and fix the situation.

Negative experience: Not great customer service. In the beginning of the phone conversation, when putting in an order, I said I wanted to include a personal card signed by a bunch of people in the floral arrangement with the delivery. She said ok. We spent a good amount of time talking about what flowers I wanted and finalizing the order, then right before making the payment I asked about the card again. She said she doesn't know how they'll do it because the drivers go straight from the warehouse. Girlie pop, you just wasted both our time! The card was the main reason for the flowers.

I can honestly say, Stadium Flowers stands by their claim of making sure their customers are satisfied with the service. I’m impressed. Thank you! Flowers ended up being beautiful and they were delivered successfully. (First review) Had delivery date of 2/13/2025 so the recipient would be sure to get the flowers by Valentine’s Day. On that date, I was sent an email saying that the flowers were successfully delivered on 2/14/2025 which I found confusing since it wasn’t even that day yet and the flowers WERE NOT delivered. I called and asked if I should be concerned because they were not delivered on the 13th. They assured me they would be delivered the next day on the 14th. I notified the recipient who said they would be there all day. They received a phone call later telling them the flowers were undeliverable because of a “secure building.” She was given a number to call to let them know when she could have the flowers delivered- which she did. She even offered to go down pick them up from them. They were never delivered! I feel that is inexcusable. Especially since I had given an extra day ahead to get them delivered. I have had other florists deliver at the same address successfully. I decided to give Stadium Flowers a try. The experience I had makes me regret that choice.

Negative experience: BEWARE OF ANT INFESTATIONS!! Got a house warming gift / birthday present from these folks and started noticing ants all over my kitchen where I sat it. found them all over the plant holder so I put it in a large zip lock and within an hour ants were ALL OVER inside the bag... absolutely disgusted that I now have ants all over my new apartment that I'm constantly cleaning off my counters luckily I caught this quickly or it could have been much worse.

The recipient has told me twice in texts how lovely the arrangement was. She even sent photos of it to overseas family. Fantastic experience: Iv lived in the Lynnwood area for over 30 years and have used stadium flowers on many occasions, this time I had to have the flowers delivered between 10 and 1, they were awesome, delivered when they said they would be,while ordering I was probably way to assistant even though they said assumed me they would make that time frame, they ended up following up with an e mail shortly after the order assuring me as well, they are awesome. Buy local!!

Negative experience: Absolutely absurd customer service. This is what I ordered and paid for the premium flowers and this is what we got. When I called, Janelle the manager apologized and said they could send new ones out tomorrow. My aunts birthday is today so that defeats the purpose. I asked if they could be delivered today. She said they don’t have any drivers but would throw in a box of chocolates!? How about a partial or full refund for delivering the worst flower arrangement we’ve ever seen. She sounded annoyed when I acted shocked about not delivering them today on HER BIRTHDAY. I will never be ordering from Stadium Flowers again. Horrible customer service!!!!

Fantastic experience: I ordered succulents, chocolate, a candle and soap for a housewarming gift for my daughter. It was delivered on time to a secured building. She couldn't find it, but when I called Stadium Flowers they were able to tell me exactly who they left it with. She was so thrilled with the quality of the gifts. Fantastic experience: So so happy with the beautiful creations Anna and her team put together for our wedding at Jardin del Sol. We met several times leading up to the big day to discuss vision and color scheme and Anna really did a great job of listening and making helpful suggestions. We were in awe of just how wonderful the florals looked on our day and received so many compliments from guests. The flowers were super fresh, with arrangements lasting for several weeks. Fantastic experience: AWESOME florist!! I live in Florida and went online to find a good florist to send some flowers to a friend who lives in the state of Washington. My friend has been going through a difficult time, and I wanted to send something that would deliver smiles. Flowers usually do the trick! Unfortunately, sometimes things don’t go smoothly. As it turns out, an issue developed with delivery of the flower arrangement. My philosophy is that if something goes wrong when dealing with a vendor, I contact the business to discuss the issue. I don’t believe in immediately writing a negative review, which detrimentally impacts the business, until I give the vendor a second chance to correct the situation. I know that if it was MY business, I would want the customer to contact me FIRST, before posting a bad review, in order to give me the opportunity to makes things right. Consequently, I contacted the florist and Danell resolved the problem right away. Stadium Flowers is VERY deserving of this 5 star review, and I’d give them SEVEN stars, if it was possible. The recipient and the sender of the flower arrangement are VERY happy. THANK YOU!!!

Fantastic experience: The flower arrangement was beautiful, even though it didn’t look like the picture that was online, (that makes it difficult to order online sometimes, because you never know what you will end up sending to a loved one). Fantastic experience: Very impressed with this business. I needed a quick and thoughtful way to surprise my mom, who is in an adult family home, on her birthday since I fell ill and was not able to visit her. I was pleased with the variety of options that were depicted well on their website. It even showed what the bouquet would look like if you chose the standard (smaller) or deluxe version of the arrangement and labeled exactly how many blooms you would get.
