Positive experience: I just picked up a Christmas floral arrangement today; the bouquet is lovely, but the glitter on the leaves (much more than shown on the online picture) isn’t dry, so there is glitter all over the car. Additionally when I asked for a box to safely transport the bouquet, I was told they didn’t have anything. The receptionist asked in the office, but to no avail. Really, not even a cardboard box anywhere in the back? I ended up strapping it in with the safety belt, but florists should have something for their customers to safely transport an arrangement; it’s not a big ask. RESPONSE TO OWNER: I believe your online order system didn’t have the option to enter a time (at least I didn’t see it), nor was a time given in your confirmation, so I assumed that picking up the order at almost noon would be acceptable. Again, it’s not a huge deal about the glitter, but I believe a cardboard box shouldn’t be difficult to find. And, yes, the arrangement is lovely which is most important, so I will edit my stars & leave it at that. Have a happy holiday!

I normally HATE sending flowers because what you get is almost never even close to what the picture looked like, but Marie's was spot on accurate. I added probably a whole paragraph of notes and requests, and they listened to every single one. The selection of flowers here are amazing, they have flowers I have never seen before. Fantastic experience: I am more than pleased with the level of care and customer service that Marie’s Floral has provided. I live all the way in Wichita Kansas, and when I looked up flower shops around my family’s area in Florida, I saw the reviews of Marie’s flower shops, and I knew it was the place I had to order from, when I placed my order online, I had ordered a candle along with the designers choice of flowers and when I tell you that not even 30 minutes of me placing the order I got a call from the shop apologizing about the candle being out of stock and immediately wanting to correct it by giving me the option of an even more expensive candle at no extra cost to me or adding more flowers to the bouquet. I am very grateful for their level of professionalism, and I will be ordering from them again. My aunt who received the flowers fell in love with them and it made her day so much brighter. They do an amazing job with their arrangements and are complete artist at their craft. Sophisticated and elegant that’s how I would describe their arrangements.

Negative experience: Stay away!!!!! Ruined my wife Valentine’s day! I would never ever used this company again and definitely would not recommend, I placed and order for my wife to have Roses delivered to her job the morning of Valentine’s Day and was told no problem after not hearing from her I called the company and they tell me they are just starting to work on the order at 3 o’clock my wife works until 4 o’clock and they assured me morning delivery, this defeats the purpose, after requesting a refund for a order that was never started or completed they expected me to wait until the end of the week and had zero sympathy of why I was so upset, the manager was very condescending and cold with no remorse I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!! - Reply to the OWNER, In response to the reply to this review the owner is not being honest or is willingly omitting the truth, I place my order the day before and confirmed this would be delivered to my wife the day before for the morning of Valentine’s Day to her job the person on the phone confirmed that would not be a problem(or else there were lots of other companies who could if they couldn’t) I called at 3pm because I gave time for my wife or the company to confirm receipt of the flowers that was never delivered it’s not a coincidence that at the time of the call the ordered begin which is at the end of the holiday which defeated the purpose because my request the day before was to deliver during her work hours to give her the special experience of Valentines Day, she works until 4pm which was communicated and acknowledged , the refund was due to my request because the service was never started, followed correctly or even completed and the agent wanted me to wait until the end of the week for that and was rude about it

I purchased flowers for a Valentine’s Day delivery and the recipient and myself were surprised at how gorgeous the flowers were! Negative experience: Have been buying florals and referring people here for about 5 years. Today, I picked up a floral arrangement and was extremely disappointed with the presentation. Once I gave the young lady my name to pickup, she brought the arrangement in her hand (literally like the picture below) and set up a brown bag and told me that I can put the floral arrangement in there. She herself even didn’t want to put the flowers in the bag because she knew that wasn’t the correct way to place nor deliver flowers. After asking her if she had a little box or something to protect the flowers while on my why home, she called her manager and they still couldn’t find a resolution to properly place the flowers. I paid $40 for 3 roses and some ribbon around them, the least that they could’ve done is place them in proper presentation and proper box so they wouldn’t get damaged in route. I will not be shopping here nor referring anyone, truly disappointing.
