Fantastic experience: Such awesome service. Did a Google search to find local florist and called In Bloom Florist for a stuffed animal delivered to a hospital in Huntsville. They were so nice but said they didn't do stuffed animals and sent me to Albert's. The man at Albert's answered immediately, asked what I wanted to spend and put together a floral plus balloon plus very nice stuffed -- amazing quality -- and delivered it that day, waiving the delivery fee. Exceeded expectations and provided amazing service doing it. Use this place! And I appreciate the other florist for referring me to the right place. All around great experience.

Positive experience: The flowers that I ordered from Albert's Flowers were beautiful and arrived on time according to the recipient. The person taking the order was not as personable as I had hoped. When I asked to whom I was speaking, I was met with reluctancy on their part. I also asked if a picture could be sent to me prior to delivery. She commented that this could not be accomplished. The delivered flowers did not match the online picture. I am accustomed to adding extra flowers at a cost if needed. She did however, assist with a replacement vase because the pictured one was not available. The recipient was pleased.

Fantastic experience: Albert’s have been creating arrangements for me for over a year and I’m always pleased with the results. The receiver of the latest floral arrangement sent me an image and the arrangement was indeed lovely. It was what I have come to expect from Albert’s excellent services. The recipient was filled with joy.

Negative experience: My family ordered a large floral arrangement from Albert’s for my grandfather’s funeral. My grandmother specifically requested an arrangement approximately 30” high by 36” wide, featuring white flowers with blue hydrangeas and delphinium. We clearly communicated that the service began at 10:00 a.m. and asked that delivery occur as early as 9:00 a.m. Despite multiple follow-up calls, the flowers were delivered at 9:50 a.m., after most guests had already arrived at the church. Unfortunately, the arrangement did not meet our expectations and did not reflect the care or design we had requested. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this florist to others.

Fantastic experience: We have been using Albert’s for years! They have always meet and exceeded my expectations. I just had to use their services for a casket spray and it was gorgeous. Everyone wanted to know where the flowers were from. Their customer service is second to none. A true Huntsville original and I highly recommend!

Ordered online on Sunday and it was delivered on time the next day. My friend said it was one of the most beautiful bouquet she had ever seen., No hiccups, no problems, Albert’s fine staff took care of it all, kept me up to date on progress and promptly notified me when it was delivered. Negative experience: Not too happy with the customer service from this company. I Placed an order online for a flower arrangement for my daughter’s 21st birthday who lives in Huntsville, Alabama.. I live in Oregon on the other side of the United States. My daughter just moved into a new apartment complex and when I placed the order I gave them the address we had. Within 24 hours I got a phone call stating I had to replace my order because there was an issue with my card which I did Over the phone with the lady. During the process of taking the order over the phone, she was a little snippy, but not too bad. I understand sometimes people have rough days so I didn’t pay any attention. But then it came delivery time and I got a phone call from her while I was at work mind you… Stating that the delivery person was at the address, but I had give them the wrong address and that it was a house, not an apartment. She said this very rudely and continued with the rudeness, as I tried to find the proper address for her. She was very condescending as well trying to make me feel as if I was giving her the runaround. On top of that, it was supposed to be a surprise, but she was very adamant about getting my daughter’s phone number to get the correct information so my daughter’s Husband got in contact with her and they told me she was extremely rude to him as well. For the price of the flowers, you would think they would be a lot more understanding to the situation. But because it was a difficult delivery she was extremely rude, and I will not recommend them to anyone Due to the customer service

Negative experience: Be careful, you may not get what you pay for. If you order, ask for a pic before the arrangement goes out. I found out after I ordered that they do the best they can and flowers in the arrangement were out of stock. Not cool. Here's my email to the manager. Customer service girl was very unprofessional. Bait and switch tactics. Hello, I just ordered flowers for ******** for Nov. 5 2025 to be delivered tomorrow. I had asked the young lady I spoke with (she would not give her first name), to send me a picture before the flowers went out. I just wanted to make sure I knew what I was getting and that the arrangement met the picture in terms of flower choices. She then told me that we get as close as possible?? and then said that we don't have the purple carnations. This was surprising and not what I expected, So I asked that she cancel and fully refund my order. She said she would have a manager do that. Please send me a confirmation that my card has been fully refunded. My family has a long relationship with Albert's flowers, and never had an issue before now. I must admit I was taken aback by the unwillingness to email or txt a pic or give at least a first name so that I would know who I was talking to on the phone. Also the customer should be made aware before they order if you don't have inventory to make the arrangement as shown. It's a bit of a "bait and switch" and not only disappointing, but unethical. I'd be happy to have a conversation with the manager and get this resolved.

I had tried ordering online at two other places and both times my order was cancelled. I called Albert's on a Saturday morning (they open early!) and spoke with an extremely helpful employee. I was then able to order successfully online, and the flowers were not only beautiful, but were also delivered as scheduled and on time the following Monday. I would absolutely use Albert's again!
