I called them 2 hours before closing asking if they could have a bouquet ready for me by the time they opened at 8 AM the next day, and they said absolutely! I didn’t even really know fully what I wanted — just that it should be a “Just Because” bouquet to brighten someone’s day, and that I needed to keep it under budget of $60. The next day at 8 AM they had a beautiful bouquet waiting for me! Unfortunately, I didn’t specify that I would be giving this to someone who recently experienced a loss, and I became concerned that there might be too many white flowers in the original. They remade a second beautiful bouquet for me, on the spot, within 10 minutes and they were incredibly kind about it! They made not one, but two beautiful bouquets, both with a different look and feel. Both at budget. Both under a time crunch, and they were kind in dealing with my last-minute, low-info requests. Thank you Hyacinth House staff!

Positive experience: I have been a loyal customer for 30 year’s always received quality flowers. this year my wife’s Valentine’s Day flowers were not even close to what they advertised. Still nice but not what I ex for $125. Might start looking elsewhere! Picture of what it was supposed to be and what my wife received

Negative experience: What I ordered vs. What I got. This is embarrassing for me and for you. My friend received this greenery with a couple flowers. Do better. I ordered a premium bouquet through teleflora, didn't know who would be making the arrangement. But the card says Hyacinth House. Will never make that mistake again.

The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help you with any questions you may have. Things are a little more expensive than plants you'll find at Lowe's or Home Depot, but you are paying for quality. Lots of mature plants. AMAZING PLACE!

Negative experience: Bought “premium” flowers for my parents anniversary and it came with 4 roses. Paid $100 for 4 roses and some baby’s breath. A scam.

Positive experience: I really want to like this place but as a customer focused on house plants, they're just not what they used to be. It's still a cool jungle-like atmosphere to shop in but they're seriously lacking in unique and interesting plants while their prices are notably higher than their competitors in town. They seem to focus on their floral and office plant business and they may be a great choice for either if that's what you're after but for house plants, even some big box stores may be better.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Hyacinth House over the years have always been positive. From ordering to delivery, there has never been any hiccups. I also love that they are local. I ordered my bouquet here for my wedding last year and I LOVED THEM! I gave them sample photos and they delivered exactly what I wanted! I wasn’t sure if I wanted real flowers so I got started pretty late. They never showed frustration and were eager to assist me. Thank you Alexa and Gracie for being so helpful. Yesterday It was to my fault last minute trying to get flowers for my daughter’s dance recital I recently bought a home nearby and said I’m going to stop in and get flowers .
