Fantastic experience: I was absolutely blown away with this arrangement for my baby shower. Everything from ordering to delivery was completely smooth. The designer who worked on this arrangement was amazing and very responsive. She worked hard to ensure that everything was to my liking. She did a wonderful job and I can’t thank them enough. This arrangement was the star of the show!

Fantastic experience: Coming from out of town, searching for a local florist kept leading me to those big-box "middleman" sites. I’ve been burned before thinking I was ordering locally and ending up with a generic dropship order, so I was determined to find a real shop. I read the reviews for The Fiddly Fig and in a total panic, I sent a message late at night. I was looking for a specific arrangement for a very special friend’s Celebration of Life, and I wanted something that didn’t fit the “traditional” look. I requested something beautiful, bold, and unique—which is a pretty vague ask—but they absolutely came through. The arrangement was an architectural masterpiece with Red Anthurium, moody dark Scabiosa, and tropical Protea, and it ended up being the centerpiece of the food table. Not only was the design talent incredible, but they were also just awesome people to work with. I didn’t realize the online service had a character limit that cut my card message short, but Michelle and the shop, didn’t hesitate to correct things. The staff stayed in contact with me over text, and the designer even sent me pictures so I could see it before it was delivered right on time. I couldn’t say enough good things about my experience, especially being in a panic to put something beautiful together at the last minute. I don’t live here in town, but I will scream from the rooftops how much I appreciate Michelle and the crew and recommend this shop for the occasions that mean the most.

I ordered the flowers a bit late in the morning and I did not specify what time I was hoping for delivery. 2 mistakes on my part. I called the store and the young lady that answered was extremely helpful. I had told her unfortunately my spouse was going to leave work in a few hours and was really hoping they can get the flowers to her before she left. Negative experience: I was very excited to use Fiddly Fig for my wedding in May 22’ as my mom had used them for fundraising events for years and they always did wonderfully. Unfortunately, my wedding flowers were not wonderful. -the table arrangements were beautiful, I will give Fiddly Fig that -where there was a severe difference was with my bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, and groomsmen lapels. -Bridal bouquet: I asked for a very symmetrical, structured, all white bouquet. What I received was a rounded bouquet of wilted flowers and roses sticking out from the bouquet oddly all around. The bouquet was so dead that even ensuring the flowers were in water any moment I was not holding them was not enough to send them for preservation the next day. -Bridesmaid bouquets: these were absolute worst of all. I designed in shop a beautiful blue and white hydrangea bouquet, and said only small greenery around it. The bouquets were terribly wilted, not symmetrical, and had patches of what looked like bright green grass in them. They were falling apart terribly I’ve taken coming up on two years to post this as I do not review poorly lightly, but when we look back on our wedding, my husband, my parents, my friends and I all still agree unanimously that the flowers were incredibly disappointing and we should have gone with the other quote option. My mom has also not used them again since.
