The three stars are because I also purchased a candle with the flowers, but it never arrived. I tried to contact them but received no response. I guess I will have to consider that money lost.

Negative experience: Incredibly rude delivery personnel ! Arguing with me over the phone about my phone function instead of getting to the point . Won’t be returning , regardless of the quality of the actual flowers . Your job is literally customer service . Get it right !

Negative experience: I ordered a Valentines Day bouquet to be sent to my wife at work on Friday before Valentines day but she never received it. I called Country Squire around 4:30pm only to find my flowers were never sent out that day. Surprise ruined. They did agree to deliver it to our home the next day. I had ordered these on Monday so not sure why they didn't get delivered on Friday. I won't be using them in the future. Buyer beware...

Negative experience: Really odd experience here. Came in to pick up the red boutonnière I ordered on 11/22 (see pic for order). The two employees working the front desk had a hard time finding the order (not an issue—understandable—lots of events/dances happening), so I shared it was a red boutonnière that I had ordered online. They located it, but it was white. Instead of asking me if this is what I ordered, or acknowledging that it was not the color I’d ordered, they removed the receipt from the box and gave it to me, presumably so I wouldn’t see that I had ordered? Really weird, dishonest exchange. I won’t be returning.

Negative experience: The website doesn’t allow to write a message . We drafted a message of 150 characters and it kept reverting to a standard message. I called and spoke to gentleman and he wouldn’t correct the issue. The funeral arrangement did not reflect t the message the family requested. We ordered the premium version and it was underwhelming. I would not recommend using them .

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers the day before a funeral. I asked for red & white since the decedent was a man. The lady I talked to was wonderful. She & her people put together a beautiful basket of red roses and a variety of white flowers. The arrangement was lovely, the service was excellent and the flowers were delivered as promised . . . before visitation the next day.
